Sunny Health & Fitness Smart Upright Row-N-Ride NO. 077S — Foldable Squat-Assist Trainer with Adjustable Resistance & Bluetooth

The Sunny Health & Fitness Smart Upright Row-N-Ride (NO. 077S) is a compact, foldable squat-assist machine that combines adjustable resistance and guided app workouts to train glutes, legs, and full-body movement safely at home.

This upright Row-N-Ride blends a squat-assist platform with rowing-style motion so you can perform deeper, controlled squats and full-body pulls in a single, space-saving unit. Designed for home gyms and small spaces, it supports progressive resistance, multiple squat angles, and Bluetooth tracking through the SunnyFit app for guided sessions and real-time metrics.

How does the Row-N-Ride help improve squat form and depth?

The Row-N-Ride guides you into a more consistent squat plane while supporting balance and range of motion, reducing strain on knees and encouraging fuller hip engagement. Pin-lock angle settings let you choose deep, mid-level, or neutral squat positions to match flexibility and progress safely.

• Multiple pin-lock positions for deep, mid, or neutral squat angles
• Stable base and hand grips for balance during descent and ascent
• Smooth guided path reduces wobble and reinforces correct mechanics

What muscles and movements can I target with this machine?

This trainer is built to deliver a compound, low-impact movement that recruits glutes, quads, hamstrings, core, back, and shoulders simultaneously. The hybrid row-and-squat motion creates a cardio-strength combo suitable for conditioning, strength-building, and fat-loss-focused sessions.

• Glutes and hamstrings activated through deeper hip drive
• Quadriceps engaged during squat portions for leg strength
• Upper back and shoulders worked by the rowing motion
• Core stabilization required for balance and posture

How do resistance, adjustability, and tracking work together?

Three included resistance bands provide up to 66 lbs of total resistance so you can scale intensity from beginner to advanced. Adjustable handlebar and seat positions let users dial in comfort and alignment, while the digital monitor and SunnyFit Bluetooth connection log reps, time, and calories for guided progress.

• Three band levels for progressive overload and variety
• Adjustable seat and handlebar for personalized fit and posture
• Built-in monitor tracks time, count, total count, and calories
• Bluetooth pairing with SunnyFit app for guided workouts and analytics

How does the Row-N-Ride fit into a small home gym or apartment?

The unit folds compactly for easy storage and is lightweight enough to move out of the way when not in use. With a 330 lb capacity and a design aimed at long-term durability, it offers a reliable solution for apartment dwellers and compact home gyms who need a full-body training tool without permanent installation.

• Folds down quickly for storage in closets or under beds
• Lightweight frame for simple repositioning between sessions
• 330 lb weight capacity for wide user compatibility
• Durable construction suited for daily home use

Who is this for? The Sunny Health & Fitness Row-N-Ride NO. 077S is ideal for people who want a guided, low-impact way to strengthen glutes, legs, and posterior chain while also getting cardio benefits.
