TailTastic Pet Playpen for Cats and Small Animals — Medium 3-in-1 Tent, Enclosure & Tunnel, Breathable Soft Sides

The TailTastic Pet Playpen with Surround Tunnel is a lightweight, portable cat tent and enclosure that converts into a play tunnel so small animals can safely rest and play both indoors and outdoors.

Engineered for pet owners who want a secure, breathable space for cats and other small animals, this medium-sized playpen combines three uses in one: a tent, a playpen enclosure, and an attachable tunnel. The structure uses soft, pet-friendly fabric and mesh panels for ventilation, folds flat for storage, and includes a carry bag for transport. It’s designed to give pets fresh-air exposure without full free roam, while remaining gentle on paws and claws.

How does the 3-in-1 design adapt to different rooms and outdoor spots?

The TailTastic playpen converts quickly between an enclosed tent, a standalone playpen, and a tunnel-connected layout so you can change configurations depending on space and activity. Zippered panels and a detachable tunnel let you mix and match setups for quiet naps, active play, or supervised outdoor lounging.

• Use as a freestanding tent for naps or shade
• Open into a playpen for supervised roaming
• Attach or detach the tunnel for extra play space
• Compact folding and included carry bag for travel

Is the material comfortable and safe for cats who scratch or chew?

The enclosure is made from soft fabric and breathable mesh designed to be gentle on paws and less abrasive than hard plastic or metal. The fabric won’t prevent determined chewing, but it provides a softer surface for resting and reduces the risk of scraped paws compared with rigid carriers.

• Soft fabric sides cushion paws and claws
• Mesh panels supply fresh airflow and visibility
• Lightweight frame reduces sharp edges
• Best suited for supervised outdoor use to limit chewing risks

How portable and easy is it to store or move?

The playpen folds flat and fits into the provided carry bag so you can stow it in a closet or take it to the park. Two storage options in the design make it easy to keep accessories organized while transporting the enclosure between indoor and outdoor locations.

• Folds flat for compact storage
• Includes carry bag for travel convenience
• Lightweight construction for easy lifting
• Quick setup and teardown without tools

What sizes and pet types is the medium TailTastic playpen best for?

The medium size is intended for small to medium cats and other small animals such as rabbits or ferrets; it provides enough room for resting, light play, and short supervised outdoor time. If you have multiple larger cats or need extended roaming space, consider the larger size option.

• Medium recommended for one to two small/medium cats
• Works well for rabbits, ferrets, and similar small pets
• Not intended for unsupervised escape-prone animals
• Check measurements against your pet’s size before purchase
