Teeccino French Roast Chicory Herbal Coffee Alternative, 325 ml — Dark Roast, Caffeine-Free Prebiotic

Teeccino French Roast Chicory is an 11-ounce, ground herbal coffee alternative that delivers a dark, coffee-like roast without caffeine or artificial flavors.

Blending roasted chicory root, carob, and ramón seeds, this French Roast from Teeccino is designed for drinkers who want the bold, roasted taste of a dark coffee but prefer to avoid caffeine and excess acidity. The product comes as an all-purpose grind that works with drip machines, French press, pour-over, espresso-style makers for lattes and cappuccinos, and can be enjoyed hot or iced. Non-GMO organic herbs and no artificial flavors make it a pantry-friendly swap for traditional coffee.

How does Teeccino French Roast taste compared to traditional coffee?

The flavor emphasizes roast-forward notes—deep, slightly smoky, and rich—without the bitterness often associated with over-extracted coffee. Chicory and carob add roasted, chocolaty and nutty undertones while ramón seeds round out the body.

• Dark roast profile with smoky and chocolaty accents
• Full-bodied mouthfeel similar to brewed coffee
• No coffee bitterness from caffeine-driven acidity

Can I brew it in my regular coffee maker?

Yes—Teeccino’s all-purpose grind is compatible with most brewing methods. Use the same scoop-to-water ratio you’d use for regular ground coffee and adjust strength to taste.

• Works in drip machines, French press, pour-over, and espresso-style brewers
• Brews well hot or iced; suitable for lattes and cappuccinos
• Easy to blend with coffee for gradual weaning

What makes this a prebiotic, and does it contain caffeine?

Teeccino French Roast contains inulin from chicory root, a soluble fiber that acts as a prebiotic to support digestive flora. The formula is 100% naturally caffeine-free—no added stimulants—so it won’t impact sleep cycles like caffeinated coffee can.

• Each serving supplies inulin from chicory root
• Naturally caffeine-free—no synthetic decaf processing
• Described as acid free for gentler digestion than acidic coffee

How should I use Teeccino if I'm quitting coffee?

Many customers blend Teeccino with their regular coffee, gradually increasing the proportion of Teeccino over about two weeks. This approach eases the transition by maintaining familiar flavor while reducing caffeine intake.

• Start with a 25/75 Teeccino-to-coffee mix and increase Teeccino weekly
• Works well as a base for frothed milk drinks and iced beverages
• Adjust grind-to-water ratios to match your preferred strength

Who is this for? Teaccino French Roast Chicory is aimed at people who love the experience of a dark roast—robust aroma, full body, and roast character—but want to avoid caffeine and reduce acidity. It appeals to home baristas making lattes or cappuccinos, those sensitive to coffee’s acidity or stimulants, families seeking a sugar-free warm beverage, and anyone curious about plant-based brewed drinks with prebiotic fiber.
