Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo Neck Pillow — Medium Profile Extra-Firm Contoured Support, White

The Tempur-Pedic TEMPUR-Ergo Neck Pillow (Medium Profile) is a contoured, extra-firm memory foam pillow engineered to cradle the head, neck, and shoulders for consistent alignment and support.

This pillow pairs Tempur-Pedic's signature TEMPUR-Material in a single-piece contoured shape with a washable knit cover, delivering long-lasting structure and a clean sleeping surface. Its medium profile and extra-firm feel are shaped to follow the body's natural curves, making it a practical choice for people who want steady support through the night without frequent repositioning. The pillow is manufactured and assembled in the USA, backed by a 5-year limited warranty and CertiPUR-US certification for foam content and performance.

How does the TEMPUR-Ergo Neck Pillow support my head and neck?

The pillow's one-piece TEMPUR-Material adapts to your pressure points and holds its shape rather than compressing fully like traditional fillers. That means the contours maintain support under the head and along the cervical spine, helping you keep a neutral alignment while you sleep.

• Single-piece contoured design conforms to head, neck, and shoulders
• Extra-firm TEMPUR-Material retains supportive shape night after night
• Medium profile (20" x 12.5" x 4") suitable for many bed types and pillowcases

Will this pillow work if I sleep on my side or my back?

The TEMPUR-Ergo Neck Pillow was designed primarily with side and back sleepers in mind. The medium height and ergonomic curve provide a stable platform for the head while allowing the neck to rest in a more natural position for both sleeping orientations.

• Medium profile supports side sleepers' shoulder-to-head gap
• Contour shape cradles the head for back sleepers to reduce awkward tilting
• Extra-firm density prevents excessive sinkage for consistent support

How do I care for and maintain the pillow?

The pillow comes with a removable, hypoallergenic polyester knit cover that is machine washable to keep the surface fresh. The TEMPUR-Material core should be spot-cleaned and air-dried if needed; avoid submerging the foam to preserve its structure and warranty.

• Remove and machine wash the cover per garment instructions
• Spot-clean the foam only; do not soak or machine-wash the core
• Keep out of direct heat sources and sunlight to maintain foam integrity

What certifications, warranties, and manufacturing details should I know?

The pillow uses CertiPUR-US certified foam, assuring low emissions and content standards for polyurethane foam. It carries a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship and is designed and assembled in the United States.

• CertiPUR-US certified foam for product safety and performance
• 5-year limited warranty from Tempur-Pedic
• Designed and assembled in the USA
