Tribe Lifting Fabric Resistance Bands 3-Pack for Legs & Glutes — Light/Med/Heavy, 3" Non-Slip Loop Set

Tribe Lifting Fabric Resistance Bands are a three-level set of non-slip cloth loop bands designed to target glutes, hips and legs for progressive resistance training.

These fabric-covered loop bands combine a textured inner grip and durable elastic core so you can perform squats, lunges, band walks and activation drills without the rolling or snapping common to rubber loops. The set includes light, medium and heavy tensions in the same length and a wider 3-inch profile for comfortable, stable placement on skin or over leggings. Built for home, gym, travel and rehab-style sessions, they’re compact enough to toss in a bag and engineered to maintain shape through repeated stretching.

How do these bands stay in place during squats and lunges?

The interior of each Tribe Lifting band uses a textured fabric finish that grips against clothing and skin to reduce slipping. That non-slip surface, combined with the wider 3-inch width, minimizes rolling so you can focus on form and time under tension instead of readjusting mid-set.

• Textured inner fabric prevents sliding during dynamic moves
• 3-inch wide profile spreads pressure evenly for comfort
• Same band length at all resistances preserves range of motion

What resistance levels come in the 3-pack and how should I progress?

The set includes light, medium and heavy bands to cover warm-ups through more intense glute activation. Start with the light band for mobility and activation, move to medium for main working sets, and use the heavy band when aiming for maximal muscle tension or advanced variants.

• Light — ideal for activation, rehab and beginners
• Medium — for building strength with standard sets and reps
• Heavy — for advanced resistance and strength-focused training

Are these bands durable and easy to care for?

Constructed from heavy-duty elastic fibers woven into a fabric cover, these bands resist snapping and stretching out compared with thin rubber alternatives. Care is simple: spot-clean with a damp cloth, air-dry, and store away from direct sunlight to maintain material integrity.

• Durable elastic core with blended fabric for longevity
• Avoid machine washing, detergents or alcohol-based cleaners
• Store in a cool, dry place; maximum recommended stretch under 2x resting length

Where and how can I use these bands effectively?

Tribe Lifting bands are portable and require zero setup, so they work for gym sessions, home circuits, travel workouts and physical therapy routines. Use them for glute bridges, lateral walks, monster walks, assisted squats and targeted warm-ups to improve muscle activation and movement quality.

• Compact loop design fits in any gym bag or backpack
• Suitable for activation, strength work, rehab and travel
• Designed in North America and made to withstand frequent use
