Trtl travel neck pillow - Grey lightweight scientific neck support, machine-washable cover

The Trtl Pillow is a compact, scientifically validated neck-support travel pillow that keeps your head upright and comfortable on planes, trains, and in cars.

Designed to replace bulky U-shaped cushions, the Trtl Pillow uses a patented internal support system wrapped in a soft fleece cover to stabilise your head and neck while you rest. It weighs just 4.5 oz, packs into a travel bag, and clips to luggage, so it’s quick to stow and easy to clean—the inner support removes so the fleece cover is machine-washable. This description explains how the pillow works, how to care for it, and which travelers benefit most.

How does the Trtl Pillow keep your head from falling forward on long journeys?

The secret is a hidden, semi-rigid internal support that cradles the neck rather than compressing the back of the head. That support, combined with the wraparound fleece, creates a hammock-like cradle that maintains neutral alignment while you nap upright.

• Patented internal support prevents head drop and reduces muscle strain.
• Wraparound shape holds your chin or jaw gently without forcing position.
• Customizable placement lets you position support where you feel it most.

Will the Trtl Pillow fit different neck sizes and seating positions?

Yes — the flexible wrap and adjustable design make it suitable for most adults and many seat types, from airplane economy to car seats and trains. You can choose a tighter or looser fit and shift the support element up or down to match your preferred posture.

• Adjustable wrap accommodates a range of neck circumferences.
• Works in upright or slightly reclined seats for versatile use.
• Lightweight 4.5 oz construction won’t weigh down your bag.

How easy is it to pack, attach, and keep the Trtl Pillow clean?

Trtl was built with travel practicality in mind: it compresses into the supplied travel bag and clips onto backpacks or luggage for hands-free carrying. When it’s time to freshen up, simply remove the inner support and machine wash the fleece cover for quick drying and repeated use.

• Compact travel bag included for organized packing and storage.
• Attachment clip secures to bags so it’s ready when you are.
• Removable cover is machine washable for simple maintenance.

How does Trtl compare to traditional U-shaped neck pillows?

Unlike conventional foam or inflatable U-pillows, Trtl focuses on stabilizing the neck with targeted support instead of surrounding the throat. That design reduces the squishy, unstable feel common to many pillows and offers firmer alignment that’s helpful for short naps and long-haul travel alike.

• Targeted internal support delivers firmer, more reliable alignment.
• Less bulk in luggage compared with standard U-shaped cushions.
• Skin-friendly fleece offers comfort without overheating.

Who is this for? The Trtl Pillow suits frequent flyers, commuters, road-trippers, and anyone who wants a compact, hygienic alternative to bulky travel pillows. It’s ideal for travelers who value neck stability, lightweight packing, and the convenience of machine-washable covers. If you need dependable upright support during naps on planes, trains, or in cars, the Trtl Pillow offers a simple, travel-ready solution without the bulk.
