ULANZI Mini Flexible Tripod with Hidden Phone Holder — Cold Shoe & 1/4" Mount

A compact, bendable tripod that hides a phone clamp, adds a cold-shoe for mics or lights, and accepts 1/4" screws for cameras or magic arms.

This ULANZI mini flexible stand blends portability with pro features so you can vlog, stream, or shoot stills from varied angles. It combines a concealed smartphone holder, a cold shoe for accessories, and a standard 1/4" mounting thread so both phones and compact cameras fit securely. The octopus-style legs bend around poles or sit flat as a stable tabletop tripod, while the ball head lets you switch between landscape and portrait framing quickly. Built for creators who want a small footprint without sacrificing accessory support, it works with iPhone 17/16/15/14 Pro Max, older iPhones, many Android flagships, and cameras from Canon, Nikon, Sony and micro four thirds systems.

How does this tripod handle both phones and cameras?

The tripod features a hidden phone clamp that extends to hold devices 65–95 mm wide and a universal 1/4" screw on the top plate for compact cameras. Switching between phone and camera is straightforward and secure thanks to the included ball head and quick-grip design.

• Phone clamp accommodates 65–95 mm width devices including recent iPhones and many Android phones.
• Standard 1/4" screw accepts DSLRs, mirrorless, action cameras, and magic arms.
• Ball head rotates for 180° orientation change to support vertical or horizontal shots.

Can I use microphones or lights with this mount?

Yes — the integrated cold shoe mount on the phone holder gives you a place to attach microphones, LED lights, or other small accessories for better audio and lighting. This adds pro-level flexibility to a pocketable tripod and removes the need for separate accessory clamps.

• Cold shoe accepts small shotgun mics, compact LEDs, and hot-shoe accessories.
• Keeps accessories aligned above the phone for clean audio and flattering illumination.
• No extra brackets required, reducing setup time for vlogs and live streams.

Where can I put the tripod and how stable is it?

The octopus-style legs wrap around poles, railings, branches, and uneven surfaces, or spread out as a low-profile table tripod. The flexible legs combined with a grippy finish hold position well for handheld-style angles, timelapses, and steady selfies.

• Legs bend to secure around lamp posts, fence rails, tree limbs, and chair backs.
• Use as a mini selfie stick or stable tabletop stand for desks and counters.
• Rugged joints maintain grip while you frame, pan, or tilt the camera.

Is it compatible with my gear and how simple is setup?

Designed as a universal, lightweight solution, the tripod fits a wide range of smartphones and cameras and works with accessories that use a 1/4" connection. Setup is fast: flip out the phone clamp or attach your camera to the screw, tighten the ball head, and adjust the legs for your desired position.

• Works with iPhone 17/16/15/14 series, older iPhones, major Android phones, and Sony/Canon/Nikon cameras.
• 1/4" thread supports magic arms and other common mounting accessories (not included).
• Quick-adjust ball head allows portrait and landscape shooting with minimal fiddling.
