Utopia Bedding Waterproof Mattress Protector — Full Size Grey, Fits 15" Deep, Breathable

Utopia Bedding's Premium Waterproof Mattress Protector for Full Size beds is a soft, breathable fitted cover that repels liquids, fits mattresses up to 15" deep, and keeps your mattress clean and comfortable.

This fitted mattress protector from Utopia Bedding combines a gentle knit surface with a waterproof backing to guard your full-size mattress (54 x 75 inches) against spills, sweat, and everyday wear. The gray cover uses a stretchy all-around elastic skirt for a secure fit on mattresses as deep as 15 inches, while the 200 gsm knit offers a soft, breathable feel so your bed stays comfortable all night. It’s machine washable and easy to care for, making it a practical layer of protection without changing how your sheets feel.

How does this protector defend my mattress from spills and stains?

The protector features a waterproof inner membrane that blocks liquids from reaching the mattress while allowing air to pass, preventing soaked-through accidents and surface stains. It helps extend mattress lifespan by stopping moisture, dust, and general grime from settling into the layers below.

• Waterproof barrier that stops liquids from penetrating the mattress
• Highly absorbent surface channels spills away from the sleeping surface
• Protects against sweat, small spills, and everyday dirt
• Reduces mattress discoloration and odor buildup over time

Will the protector change how my bed feels or sleep temperature?

Utopia Bedding designed this protector with a 200 gsm soft knitted top for a smooth, textile-like touch, so it won’t feel plasticky under your sheets. The breathable knit allows airflow to help maintain a comfortable sleeping temperature while offering a cushioned, quiet surface that doesn’t crinkle during movement.

• 200 gsm soft knit top for a comfortable, fabric-like feel
• Breathable construction helps dissipate heat and moisture
• Low-noise, non-crinkling waterproof layer for undisturbed sleep
• Cushioned surface adds slight padding without changing mattress support

How well does it fit and stay in place on a full-size mattress?

The protector is tailored for full-size mattresses measuring 54 x 75 inches and accommodates depths up to 15 inches using an all-around elastic fitted skirt. This snug, tailored fit prevents bunching and shifting, so sheets stay tidy and the protector remains effective night after night.

• Designed for full-size mattresses (54 x 75 inches)
• Fits mattress thicknesses up to 15 inches deep
• All-around elastic encases the mattress for a secure hold
• Fitted style minimizes movement and sheet disruption

How should I care for the mattress protector to keep it working well?

Care is straightforward: machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat to preserve the waterproof membrane and knit surface. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing, as those can degrade the waterproof barrier and the elasticized skirt.

• Machine wash cold, gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low; do not iron
• Do not use bleach or fabric softener
• Regular washing keeps the protector fresh and effective

The Utopia Bedding Premium Waterproof Mattress Protector is ideal for anyone who wants reliable spill and moisture protection without sacrificing comfort — parents of young children, pet owners, allergy-sensitive sleepers, or anyone who wants to preserve a mattress investment. Its fitted design and breathable knit make it a good choice for those with thicker mattresses up to 15" deep who prefer a quiet, soft top layer that performs well in everyday use.
