Victor Electronic Rat Trap 1-Pack — Indoor humane electric rodent trap with LED status and no-touch disposal

Victor Electronic Rat Trap 1-Pack is a battery-powered indoor device that humanely and efficiently kills rats with a high-voltage shock and a no-touch disposal system.

When rodents show up inside a home, speed, sanitation, and simplicity matter. The Victor M241B offers an indoor-focused solution that combines an electrically delivered shock, automatic re-arming, and a visible LED status system so you can control infestations without messy handling. It runs on four AA batteries and is reusable, making it a practical option for ongoing rodent control in kitchens, basements, garages, and other living spaces.

How does the Victor trap work and stay sanitary?

The trap lures a rat into a bait area where contact plates deliver a high-voltage shock to humanely stop the animal. After a capture, the design keeps the carcass contained for no-see, no-touch disposal, reducing exposure to odors and contamination. A green LED confirms a successful catch while a red LED warns when batteries are low.

• High-voltage contact plates inside the bait chamber
• No-touch disposal keeps remains contained
• LED indicators for catch and battery status

How long will the trap operate before batteries need replacing?

Power comes from four AA batteries; one fresh set can eliminate multiple rats before replacement is necessary. Victor rates the unit to handle many captures per battery set, and the low-battery LED helps you know when it's time to change cells. Use lithium AAs if you want longer runtime between changes.

• Operates on four AA batteries (lithium recommended for longevity)
• Red LED signals low battery to prevent missed captures
• Reusable design reduces long-term cost versus disposable options

Where should I place the trap for the best results?

Rats travel close to walls and follow established routes, so position the unit along baseboards, behind appliances, or near known droppings and chew marks. Place the baited trap perpendicular to the wall with the entry facing the rodents' path for higher engagement. Keep it indoors and out of reach of children and curious pets.

• Set along walls in active rodent corridors
• Use in kitchens, basements, attics, garages where activity is seen
• Keep away from children and pets; follow label directions

What maintenance does the Victor electronic trap require?

Maintenance is minimal: check LEDs, replace batteries when the red light appears, empty the trap with the no-touch disposal method, and refresh bait as needed. The unit automatically re-arms after false triggers, so it keeps protecting the area without manual resets. Periodic cleaning of the interior surfaces will keep performance consistent.

• Monitor green/red LEDs for catches and battery life
• Use the trap’s disposal system to remove remains hygienically
• Wipe interior surfaces per instructions and restock bait occasionally
