VIUME Chair Leg Floor Protectors 24-Pack Silicone Caps with Felt Bottoms for Hardwood, Tile, Laminate

VIUME 24-piece silicone chair leg protectors are stretch-fit caps with built-in felt bottoms that prevent scratches and reduce noise on hardwood, tile, laminate, and vinyl floors.

Hardwood and other finished floors can show scuffs, dents, and wear from everyday chairs and stools. These VIUME caps combine a flexible silicone sleeve with a smooth felt sole so furniture glides quietly without sticky adhesives or permanent hardware. They slip on quickly, conform to a wide range of leg shapes and sizes, and stay put during routine use.

What sizes and leg shapes do these protectors fit?

These protectors are designed to stretch and conform, covering common round, square, rectangular, and irregularly shaped legs. Measure the leg diameter, side length, or perimeter to pick the right fit from the specified ranges.

• Round legs: diameter 1-5/16" to 2" (33–50 mm)
• Square legs: side length 1-3/16" to 1-9/16" (29–40 mm)
• Irregular legs: perimeter 4-9/16" to 6-4/16" (116–160 mm)
• Common uses: dining chairs, kitchen chairs, bar stools, and similar furniture

How do they stay attached and allow smooth movement?

The single-piece silicone sleeve grips leg surfaces with stretch and friction, while the integrated felt pad provides a low-friction contact point with the floor. This combination prevents caps from slipping off and lets chairs glide quietly across surfaces.

• One-piece silicone construction resists falling off
• Stretchable material conforms to uneven leg shapes
• Felt bottom reduces scraping sounds and friction
• No adhesive required, so installation is clean and reversible

Will these protectors actually protect my hardwood and other floors?

Yes—by creating a soft barrier between the leg and the floor, the felt sole prevents direct abrasive contact that causes scratches and dulling. They also reduce localized pressure, decreasing the risk of small dents from frequent chair movement.

• Prevents scratches on hardwood, laminate, tile, and vinyl
• Reduces scraping noise and chair-moving impact
• Helps maintain finish and extends floor longevity
• Better long-term durability than peel-and-stick pads

How easy are these to install and maintain?

Installation requires no tools, fasteners, or adhesives—simply stretch each cap over the leg. They remove easily for repositioning or cleaning and are more durable than adhesive-backed felt that can peel away.

• Slip-on installation — no nails, glue, or tape
• Quick removal for cleaning or replacement
• Durable silicone resists tearing under normal use
• Felt pad can be wiped or brushed to remove debris

Who is this for? These VIUME protectors suit homeowners, renters, and businesses who want to preserve floor finishes and cut noise from moving furniture. They work especially well in dining rooms, kitchens, cafés, rental properties, and any space with finished floors where scratching, scuffing, or scraping sounds are a concern. If you need a non-permanent, reusable solution that adapts to multiple leg shapes and sizes, this 24-piece set offers broad coverage and straightforward installation.
