Whitmor Stackable 2-Shelf Storage Organiser 31" Extra Wide White — Holds 9 Pairs

The Whitmor Stackable 31" Extra Wide 2-Shelf Storage Organizer is a compact, two-tier wood shelf that stores up to nine pairs of shoes or folded items and stacks to expand your storage without sacrificing style.

Made from particle board with a paper veneer, this Whitmor organizer combines a clean white finish with a low-profile footprint to bring order to closets, entryways, dorm rooms, and small living spaces. It ships with the tools needed for assembly and wipes clean with a damp cloth, so installation and upkeep are straightforward. At 31 inches wide and roughly 11.6 inches deep and high, it fits where many conventional shoe benches or bulky racks cannot.

How much footwear and gear will this two-shelf rack hold?

The two shelves are engineered to accommodate up to nine pairs of shoes, depending on shoe size and how they’re arranged. Beyond footwear, the shelves are useful for folded sweaters, bags, or storage bins to keep frequently used items accessible.

• Holds up to 9 pairs of adult shoes when arranged side-by-side.
• Top shelf doubles as a landing zone for purses or boxes.
• Works for folded clothing, lightweight storage bins, and accessories.

Will this organizer fit in my closet, entryway, or dorm room?

Its extra-wide 31" width is designed to maximize horizontal space while remaining shallow enough for narrow closets and small hallways. The modest height and depth make it a flexible choice for tight footprints where a tall cabinet would overwhelm the room.

• Overall assembled dimensions: 11.61" L x 31.0" W x 11.61" H.
• Shallow depth fits narrow closet shelves or entryway alcoves.
• Low height allows stacking additional units for vertical storage expansion.

How easy is it to assemble and keep clean?

Whitmor includes the basic tools required for assembly so you can set the unit up quickly without sourcing extra hardware. The paper-veneered particle board wipes clean with a damp cloth, making routine maintenance fast and simple.

• Tools included in package for straightforward assembly.
• Wipe with a damp cloth and towel dry—no special cleaners needed.
• Lightweight panels simplify handling during setup or relocation.

Is this a durable, long-term storage solution?

Constructed from particle board with a paper veneer, this organizer delivers a balance of affordability and everyday function. While not intended for heavy industrial use, it’s suitable for standard home, dorm, or office storage needs and backed by Whitmor’s multi-generation customer support.

• Particle board core with paper veneer offers a clean, modern look.
• Designed for home, dorm, and light commercial use—shoe and clothing storage.
• Whitmor customer service available in English and Spanish if assistance is needed.
