Yilador 22-1/2-Inch One-Touch Cleaning System Kit for Weber 22" Kettle — Thicker Heat-Resistant Damper Blades

The Yilador 22-1/2" One-Touch Cleaning System Kit is a direct replacement for Weber 22" kettle grills that restores one-touch ash removal, adjustable airflow, and long-lasting metal durability.

If the original air-damper and ash-cleaning assembly on your Weber Master-Touch, Performer, or Original series has rusted, warped, or stopped working, this Yilador replacement kit gives the whole bottom-control system a reliable reboot. Engineered to match the footprint of the 22" Weber kettle (7444 and compatible models), the kit includes thicker, heat-resistant metal damper blades and the control rod plus hardware you need to reinstall a fully functioning one-touch cleaning and venting mechanism.

How does this kit restore one-touch ash cleaning?

Once assembled, the Yilador system rotates smoothly so ash and small debris can be swept into the ash catcher without removing grates or digging by hand. The linked blades open and close with a single twist of the control rod, replicating the factory action of the original Weber system.

• Includes three damper blades sized for 22" kettle grills
• Control rod connects to blades to create a single-action sweep
• Hardware provided for direct replacement of worn components
• Fits standard ash-catcher positions on Master-Touch and Performer models

Will this improve temperature control and airflow?

The assembled damper works as an adjustable bottom vent, letting you regulate combustion air entering the charcoal chamber. That gives you finer control over burn rate and cooking temperature compared with a jammed or missing factory damper.

• Rotating blades let you set partial to full airflow
• Precise movement reduces sudden drafts or uncontrolled heat spikes
• Durable metal maintains shape under high heat for consistent performance

Is the Yilador kit durable and heat resistant?

Yilador uses thicker, sturdier metal than many aftermarket options, chosen to resist deformation and premature corrosion. The parts are designed for repeated exposure to charcoal heat and cleaning cycles without bending or breaking, extending the usable life of your grill's bottom assembly.

• High-quality metal damper blades resist rust and warping
• Robust control rod and hardware for secure operation
• Built to withstand repeated heating and ash abrasion

How easy is it to install this replacement system?

Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with basic grill maintenance and tools. The kit arrives with all necessary components and simple instructions so most users can complete the swap in about 10 minutes.

• Includes three damper blades, one control rod, and two pieces of hardware
• Step-by-step instructions included for quick assembly
• No specialty tools required beyond common household wrenches or pliers

Who is this for? The Yilador 22-1/2" One-Touch Cleaning System Kit is ideal for grill owners who want to restore factory-style ash removal and airflow control on 22" Weber kettle models without replacing the entire grill. It's a practical choice for DIYers, backyard chefs, and anyone maintaining an aging Master-Touch, Performer, or Original series grill that has a worn or rusty bottom damper assembly. By fitting precisely and using thicker, heat-resistant materials, this kit helps you get back to predictable cooking performance and easier cleanup with minimal fuss.
