YONTUO Rear Bike Rack — Large Quick-Release Aluminium Carrier with Fender & Reflector, 52.2 kg Capacity

YONTUO Rear Bike Rack is a durable, adjustable aluminum luggage carrier with a large reflector, removable fender, and quick‑release mounting that supports up to 115 lb for touring and daily commuting.

Built from high‑strength aluminum alloy, this rear rack balances light weight with impressive load capacity so you can carry panniers, crates, and gear without overburdening your bicycle. The design includes corrosion‑resistant fasteners, enlarged side wings to protect bags from the wheel, and telescoping supports that adapt to most road and mountain bikes.

How much weight can the rack safely carry?

The YONTUO rack is engineered to hold heavy loads up to 115 pounds when properly installed. Its reinforced top plate and sturdy side supports distribute weight evenly to minimize stress on your frame and seatpost.

• Maximum recommended load: 115 lb (about 52 kg).
• Hard aluminum alloy construction for strength with minimal added mass.
• Wide top platform helps balance bulky panniers and crates.

Will it fit my bike and how adjustable is it?

The rack features a length‑adjustable top panel and telescopic side rods so you can tailor fit to many bicycle geometries. It requires a seat tube at least 2 in (5 cm) above the mounting point and a seat tube diameter between 2.2–3.3 cm.

• Top panel extends from 16" to 18" to accommodate different bag sizes.
• Side support rods extend from 11" to 15.75" for height adjustment.
• Quick‑release clamp makes on/off mounting fast for multi‑bike use.

How does the rack improve safety and weather protection?

A large rear reflector enhances visibility in low light, while the removable fender shields baggage and clothing from spray on wet or muddy roads. Stainless steel screws and anti‑loosen nuts resist vibration and corrosion for reliable performance.

• Large reflective panel increases nighttime visibility to motorists.
• Adjustable, detachable fender keeps panniers dry and clean.
• Anti‑loosening, shock‑proof nuts and stainless fasteners reduce maintenance.

What design features prevent panniers from damaging the wheel?

Enlarged side wings flank the rack platform to keep panniers and bags away from the spokes and rims, minimizing rubbing and potential punctures. The stable platform also helps keep loads steady on bumpy roads.

• Extended side wings protect bags from wheel contact and abrasion.
• Wide, flat top supports boxes and pannier rails evenly.
• Solid bearing design improves load stability under motion.

Who is this for? The YONTUO Rear Bike Rack suits commuters, touring cyclists, and anyone needing a robust cargo solution for groceries, work gear, or multi‑day trips. It's especially useful for riders who want high load capacity without heavy added weight, quick removal for shared bikes, and weather protection for their luggage.
