zeerobee Industrial 1" Wrap-Around Curtain Rod, Matte Black, 66"–120" Adjustable Heavy-Duty 13.6 kg Support

This zeerobee 1-inch industrial wrap-around curtain rod is a heavy-duty, adjustable matte-black rod system designed to support up to 30 pounds while wrapping around window frames for better light control and modern farmhouse style.

If you want a curtain rod that blends a rugged industrial look with functional performance, this telescoping 66"–120" zeerobee rod delivers. Built from thicker 1-inch diameter tubing connected by helical threads, it’s engineered to resist bending and sagging and offers both wall- and ceiling-mount options. The frosted matte-black finish is salt-spray tested for rust resistance, making it suitable for indoor and semi-covered outdoor installs.

How does this rod prevent sagging on wide windows?

The rod uses 1-inch diameter tubing with a 0.8 mm wall thickness and helical-threaded connections to create a continuous, sturdy length. Those construction details increase rigidity so the rod stays straighter across longer spans.

• 1-inch diameter pipe for added strength
• 0.8 mm tube thickness to reduce flexing
• helical-thread connections for a stable, joined length
• supports up to 30 pounds of drapery weight

What installation options are available and how do they save energy?

This system offers both wall-mount and ceiling-mount brackets, plus a wrap-around layout that curves the rod close to the window frame. By wrapping around the frame you can limit light gaps and reduce drafts, improving privacy and helping keep rooms more insulated.

• wall or ceiling mounting for flexible positioning
• wrap-around design closes light gaps at sides
• use as a room divider when installed in the ceiling
• suitable for windows, patios, pergolas, and more

Which curtain styles and weights will this rod support?

The rod is rated for up to 30 pounds, making it compatible with a wide range of fabrics from light sheers to medium or heavier drapes. Its industrial look pairs especially well with farmhouse, loft, or steampunk-inspired interiors, but it also complements modern minimalist curtains.

• supports light, medium and some heavy draperies (up to 30 lb)
• works with grommet, rod-pocket, tab-top, and pinch-pleat curtains
• matte-black finish suits many décor palettes
• pair with blackout liners for improved darkening

How easy is assembly and what sizes are available?

The package ships with multiple threaded rod sections (totaling eight pieces to screw together for longer sizes) and all required brackets and hardware. Length adjusts via telescoping sections, and the product line includes several size options to fit small to extra-large windows and openings.

• telescoping design adjusts from 66" up to 120"
• included brackets and screws for quick installation
• number of parts varies by chosen length (refer to photos)
• ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, patios, pergolas

It fits people who need a long, rigid rod for large windows or openings, those who want a wrap-around option to block light and drafts, and DIYers comfortable assembling threaded sections and choosing wall or ceiling mounting.
