ZELUS Weighted Vest 9.07 kg Black — Adjustable Running & Strength Training Vest with Reflective Stripe

The ZELUS 20 lb weighted vest is a durable, adjustable training vest that adds evenly distributed resistance for running, strength training, and bodyweight workouts.

This ZELUS vest combines iron-sand weight distribution, reinforced neoprene-rubber fabric, and adjustable straps to give you a reliable, comfortable extra load during cardio and resistance sessions. Designed with dual storage pockets and a reflective stripe, it balances practical features with safety for outdoor runs and gym use. The one-size design fits a broad chest range and the cushioned shoulder pads reduce chafing so you can wear it longer without discomfort.

How will this vest change my running or cardio sessions?

Adding the ZELUS vest increases the resistance your body works against while keeping weight centered on your torso. That means your movement pattern stays natural while your cardiovascular and muscular demand increases. The reflective stripe helps visibility in low light for added outdoor safety.

• Even iron-sand fill keeps load balanced across the torso.
• Low-profile design preserves natural running form.
• Reflective stripe improves visibility for evening runs.
• Detachable pockets carry a phone or keys so you don’t need extra accessories.

Is the vest comfortable for long workouts and varied exercises?

The ZELUS vest uses soft, non-chafing fabrics and cushioned shoulder straps to minimize irritation during extended use. Double-stitching and durable neoprene rubber fabric prevent abrasion while maintaining flexibility for functional movements. Adjustable buckle straps let you tune the fit so the vest remains snug without shifting as you squat, jump, or sprint.

• Padded shoulder area reduces pressure points during prolonged wear.
• Gentle fabrics avoid skin rubbing during high-repetition drills.
• Adjustable buckles secure chest sizes from 31.5" to 45".
• Rear elastic-mesh pocket keeps small items accessible without bulk.

How durable and stable is the construction for heavy use?

Built with thick neoprene rubber fabric and reinforced seams, the vest is intended to withstand hundreds of workouts. Iron sand weighting offers a compact, stable mass that resists shifting, so the load stays where you put it. The dual storage system uses a detachable zippered pocket and a rear elastic-mesh pocket that hold essentials securely during dynamic movement.

• Heavy-duty double-stitching at stress points for long life.
• Iron sand filling provides compact, non-bulky weight distribution.
• Detachable front zipper pockets keep valuables secure.
• Reinforced fabric resists wear from repeated training sessions.

How do I choose and adjust the right weight and fit?

Start with a weight that increases perceived effort by 5–15% depending on your conditioning; the 20 lb model is a common intermediate option. Use the adjustable buckle straps to center the vest on your chest and tighten until there is minimal bounce during movement. If you plan varied training, adjust fit between activities so it remains secure but not restrictive.

• 20 lb recommended for intermediate users or adding solid resistance to runs.
• Tighten buckle straps for sprints and plyometrics, loosen for endurance sessions.
• Chest fit range 31.5"–45" accommodates most athletes and fitness levels.
• Remove or reposition detachable pockets for optimal balance.

Who this is for: The ZELUS 20 lb weighted vest suits runners looking to intensify cardio, athletes wanting added resistance for bodyweight training, and fitness enthusiasts aiming to progress strength and conditioning without bulky plates. It’s also a practical choice for outdoor workouts thanks to the reflective stripe, and for anyone who values a durable, comfortable vest with secure storage for essentials.
