Absorbine UltraShield Green insect repellent spray for horses & dogs — 946 ml botanical, water-based daily protection

Made in the USA and formulated with seven essential botanical oils, UltraShield Green offers daily-use protection that balances pest control with eco-conscious ingredients. The 32 oz sprayer delivers an easy-to-apply, water-based formula that can be used regularly on animals and in stable areas when directions are followed. It’s intended for everyday comfort rather than veterinary treatment.

How does this repellent protect animals without harsh chemicals?

The formula relies on a blend of botanical essential oils that repel common biting pests rather than relying on heavy synthetic pesticides. Because it’s water-based and labeled for daily use, it’s suited for frequent application to keep flies, mosquitoes, ticks and gnats away from coats and skin.

• Contains seven essential botanical oils known for repellent properties
• Water-based carrier reduces greasiness and residue on fur
• Suitable for repeated use as part of routine grooming and turnout

Can I use UltraShield Green on both horses and dogs safely?

Yes — the product is formulated for use on horses, ponies and dogs when directions are followed. It’s intended as a topical repellent to reduce insect annoyance and is labeled for family and stable use rather than medical treatment.

• Approved for use on multiple species per label instructions
• Non-greasy, quick-drying spray works on coat and skin surfaces
• Daily-use formula helps maintain comfort during fly season

How do I apply the 32 oz sprayer for best results?

Apply evenly over the coat or target areas, avoiding eyes and mucous membranes, and reapply as needed according to activity level and exposure. For stable areas, spray entry points, stall surfaces and brushes to reduce local pest populations.

• Shake before use and hold sprayer 6–12 inches from the coat
• Spray into a sweeping motion for full coverage, avoiding face and sensitive areas
• Reapply after heavy sweating, rain, or as label-directed for continuous protection

What specific pests will it help control?

UltraShield Green targets a broad range of common biting pests that bother equines and companion animals. While not a veterinary cure, it reduces contact with flies, mosquitoes, ticks and gnats to improve comfort and help prevent nuisance bites.

• Repels stable and horn flies that irritate horses
• Reduces mosquito presence around turnout and stalls
• Helps control ticks and small biting gnats in treated areas
