AC Infinity 4-Inch Flexible Aluminium Ducting 7.6 m — 4-Layer with Steel-Wire Spiral and Clamps

AC Infinity 4-inch flexible aluminum ducting is a 25-foot, four-layer ventilation hose built for durable, low-leak airflow routing in HVAC, dryer, and grow-room systems.

This lightweight yet robust duct delivers a balance of flexibility and strength so you can route air where rigid pipe won’t reach. Constructed from alternating layers of aluminum and thermoplastic with a steel-wire spiral, the sleeve resists tears and punctures while remaining easy to bend and shorten. Two included stainless-steel 4" clamps help create secure connections to fans, vents, and duct fittings.

How does this ducting stand up to repeated installation and movement?

The four-layer construction combines protective aluminum with a thermoplastic layer to reduce leaks and improve tear resistance compared with single-layer hoses. The steel-wire spiral maintains the duct’s shape during bends and prevents collapse under light compression. Expect longer service life in applications where the duct is routed through tight paths or needs occasional repositioning.

• Four-layer aluminum + thermoplastic build reduces punctures and leaks
• Steel-wire spiral keeps shape during bends and handling
• Resists tearing when pulled through conduit or around corners

Will this work with my 4" inline fan, dryer, or vent?

Yes — the nominal 4" diameter matches standard 4-inch ducts and fan flanges for most residential and grow-room setups. Two stainless-steel 4" clamps are included so you can attach the duct securely to fan outlets, hood inlets, or wall vents. The tube can be trimmed to length to fit nonstandard runs or compact spaces.

• Standard 4" size for common fans and fittings
• Includes two stainless-steel 4" clamps for secure mounting
• Can be cut down to custom lengths without special tools

How easy is it to install and route the 25-foot length?

The flexible steel spiral makes the duct simple to bend around obstructions and thread through tight cavities, reducing install time compared with rigid pipe. Its lightweight profile means one person can route long sections without heavy lifting. For straight runs, the sleeve extends smoothly; for bends, compress slightly at the curve to reduce stress on connections.

• Flexible spiral simplifies routing through walls and joists
• Lightweight for single-person installation of long runs
• Compress or expand slightly to ease tight bends and fittings

Does the material affect airflow or create noise?

The smooth interior finish helps maintain steady airflow comparable to other flexible aluminum ducts. While any flexible duct can generate minor flow turbulence at sharp bends, maintaining gradual curves minimizes noise and pressure drop. Use proper mounting and clamp seals to avoid vibration and rattle at fan connections.

• Smooth interior reduces unnecessary airflow resistance
• Gentle curves lower turbulence and audible noise
• Tight clamp seals help prevent vibration and leaks

Who is this for: This AC Infinity 4" x 25-ft aluminum ducting suits homeowners, HVAC technicians, appliance installers, and indoor gardeners who need a durable, flexible air conduit for fans, dryers, vents, or grow-room systems. It’s a practical choice if you require a long, trim-to-fit hose that resists tears and makes secure connections simple with included stainless-steel clamps.
