How do these kernels perform when popped?

Amish Country medium white kernels consistently expand into tender, medium-sized pieces that balance crispness with a light interior. They heat evenly and produce minimal unpopped kernels when stored and used correctly. The flavor is mild and slightly sweet, making them a flexible base for butter, salt, or creative toppings.

• High pop yield for standard stovetop and air poppers
• Produces tender, medium-sized popcorn pieces
• Minimal hull thickness for comfortable snacking
• Neutral taste pairs well with sweet or savory additions

What makes these kernels different from other popcorn types?

Medium white popcorn sits between small tender whites and large mushroom-style kernels, offering a balance of fluff and bite. Sourced from Amish Country farms, these kernels are hand-selected, emphasizing quality and a traditional texture rather than novelty sizing. They’re well-suited for people who prefer a classic, old-fashioned popcorn experience.

• Medium expansion for uniform snacking and presentation
• Hand-selected from regional farms for consistent batches
• Traditional flavor and texture instead of specialty shapes

How should I store and use the 6 lb bag to keep kernels fresh?

To maintain popping performance and flavor, transfer kernels into an airtight container after opening. Store the container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; moisture and heat reduce pop-ability. Use within months for best results, and avoid exposure to strong odors that can be absorbed by the kernels.

• Keep in a sealed glass or plastic container
• Store in a cool, dry cupboard or pantry
• Avoid refrigerator or freezer storage, which can introduce moisture
• Label with the opening date for rotation and freshness

Are these kernels suitable for special diets or events?
