Bell+Howell Ultrasonic Pest Repeller 6-Pack plug-in kit — variable frequencies, chemical-free multi-room coverage

This six-piece kit includes two compact, two classic and two large units (one large preserves an extra outlet) to cover multiple rooms in homes, apartments or small offices. Each unit emits changing ultrasonic sound patterns intended to make living spaces uncomfortable for common pests while remaining inaudible to most humans and non-rodent pets. The devices require only an electrical outlet and no ongoing consumables, sprays or sticky traps.

How does the variable ultrasonic technology work to deter pests?

The repellers broadcast a blend of ultrasonic frequencies that shift over time so pests cannot habituate to one steady tone. The devices aim to create an environment rodents and insects find irritating, encouraging them to vacate the treated area rather than survive inside it. This approach avoids poisons and reduces mess from traps.

• Continuously changing wavelengths to prevent pest adaptation
• Multiple frequency bands to target both rodents and common household insects
• Silent to humans, no chemical or odor release
• Plug-and-play—no installation required

What rooms and infestation sizes does the 6-pack cover effectively?

The kit mixes sizes so you can position the right unit for counters, hallways, basements, bedrooms and living rooms. Two micro units suit countertops or small closets; two classic units work well in hallways and mid-size rooms; two macro units offer larger range and one preserves an extra outlet for convenience. For best results, place a unit in each distinct area where pests appear.

• Micro units for kitchen counters, pantries, small closets
• Classic units for hallways, laundry rooms, basements
• Macro units for living rooms, larger bedrooms, open-plan spaces
• Spread units evenly—avoid blocking with heavy furniture

Is the product safe for family, pets and the environment?

Bell+Howell repellers are chemical-free and emit no odor, making them a non-toxic alternative to sprays and baits. They are designed to be safe around people and common household pets like cats and dogs; however, owners of very small pets (e.g., rodents, hamsters) should consult a veterinarian before use. The units are UL tested and the brand notes EPA registration for manufacturing standards.

• No pesticides, poisons, or sticky residues
• Safe for humans and most household pets when used as directed
• Quiet operation—no audible noise for most people
• UL-tested components and established brand reliability

What setup and maintenance does the kit require?

Setup is immediate: plug each unit into a standard outlet and allow several days to weeks for pest activity to decrease as animals relocate. There are no filters or refills to replace; occasional dusting keeps units clear and functioning. For stormy or open exterior doors, position units away from drafts for steady coverage.

• Plug in and leave on continuously for best effect
• Clean vents occasionally to prevent dust buildup
• Place units in interior outlets, not behind furniture or curtains
• Allow time—behavioral deterrence can take days to weeks

Who is this for: This Bell+Howell 6-pack suits homeowners, renters and small-business operators who prefer a low-maintenance, non-chemical way to discourage common indoor pests. It’s a practical choice for kitchens, bedrooms, garages, basements and office suites where discreet, continuous protection is desired and where small pets like hamsters or guinea pigs are not present in treated rooms. Choose this kit if you want a broad-coverage, plug-in solution that avoids poisons, traps and mess.
