Cesun Touchless Bathroom Bin 18.9 L White — Infrared Sensor, Slim Splash-Resistant Design

Cesun 5 Gallon Automatic Bathroom Trash Can is a compact, touchless waste bin with infrared sensing, a tight-sealing lid, and a removable bag-fix ring for odor control and easy upkeep.

This white Cesun trash can pairs a slim footprint with a larger-than-expected 5-gallon capacity, designed for bathrooms, vanities, home offices, and tight spaces where hygiene and neatness matter. It opens automatically with infrared detection or knee activation, offers a manual open/close button, and includes a countdown light that signals when the lid will close. Built with IPX5 splash resistance and a snug lid, the bin helps contain odors and simplifies daily maintenance.

How does the sensor work and how do I operate it?

The Cesun sensor uses infrared detection to open the lid when motion is sensed above the top or when a knee approaches the front. The lid can also be opened or locked with the manual button for extended access or hands-on control. Battery-powered operation keeps installation cable-free—two AA batteries are required (not included).

• Infrared sensor for motion-activated opening
• Knee-approach activation for hands-free convenience
• Manual button for extended open or locked positions
• Requires 2 AA batteries (not included) for cordless use

Will this small bin hold enough without being bulky?

Although compact in width and height, the Cesun trash can stores up to 5 gallons of waste—more capacity than many 2–3 gallon bathroom bins. Its slim design is intended to tuck beside toilets, under vanities, or beside desks while minimizing the need for frequent bag changes. The removable inner ring keeps bags secured and prevents slipping or overhang.

• 5-gallon interior capacity for fewer bag changes
• Slim footprint fits narrow floor spaces and counters
• Removable fix ring secures bags and prevents slipping
• Interior volume optimized for standard small kitchen or bathroom bags

How does the lid manage odors and moisture in bathrooms?

The Cesun lid is designed for a snug seal that reduces escape of odors and helps keep the space feeling fresher. The trash can’s exterior is IPX5 splash-resistant, so normal bathroom moisture or sink splashes won’t harm the unit. Wiping the surface and occasionally replacing the bag are the only routine maintenance steps needed.

• Snug sealing lid to limit odor release
• IPX5 splash resistance for bathroom durability
• Easy-to-clean smooth exterior—wipe with a damp cloth
• Removable inner ring keeps contents contained and tidy

What safety and convenience features should I expect?

The bin’s countdown light provides a clear five-second warning before the lid closes, reducing accidental pinches or dropped items. The motion sensor keeps the lid open while hands remain in the sensing zone, and a manual button lets you override automatic closing for longer tasks. Customer support and a user manual/video help with setup and troubleshooting.

• Five-second countdown light to indicate closing
• Lid remains open while the sensor detects motion
• Manual override button for continuous open or close
• Support resources and customer service for setup help
