Clif Bloks Energy Chews Black Cherry with Caffeine — 18-Pack, Fast Carbs & Electrolytes

CLIF BLOKS Black Cherry are bite-sized energy chews with caffeine designed to deliver fast, portable carbohydrates and electrolytes for endurance activities.

Built by endurance athletes, CLIF BLOKS Black Cherry Flavor with Caffeine provides quick, easy-to-digest calories in a soft chew that tucks into a pocket or pack. Each cube is about 33 calories and the convenient 18-pack box gives you on-the-go portions that combine carbs, sodium, and a moderate caffeine boost (approximately 60–70 mg per serving) without high-fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors.

How quickly do these chews provide fuel during a workout?

CLIF BLOKS deliver simple and rapidly available carbohydrates that your body can use during prolonged or high-intensity sessions. The compact cubes are formulated to be easy on the stomach and to replace glycogen stores when taken at regular intervals.

• 33 calories per cube for fast energy
• 24 g carbs per serving to sustain activity
• Soft texture minimizes chewing time and digestive stress
• Electrolytes like sodium help maintain fluid balance

When and how should I use the caffeinated Black Cherry flavor?

Use these caffeinated BLOKS when you need both carbs and a mental/physical lift—during long runs, late-stage training, or long rides. Consume according to your tolerance; caffeine per serving ranges roughly 60–70 mg, so dose to your sensitivity and avoid for pregnant or breastfeeding women, youth under 18, or those sensitive to caffeine.

• Start with one cube every 20–30 minutes during prolonged exercise
• Adjust intake based on intensity, body size, and caffeine tolerance
• Not recommended for pregnant/nursing people or children under 18
• Pairs well with fluids for faster absorption

Are these chews suitable for sensitive stomachs and clean-ingredient preferences?

Formulated with plant-based ingredients like organic tapioca syrup, CLIF BLOKS avoid high-fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors, making them a cleaner option among sports chews. Their soft, non-sticky texture helps reduce digestive irritation during activity.

• Non-GMO ingredients and plant-based sweeteners
• No high-fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors
• Designed to be easy-to-digest for active use
• Compact packaging keeps chews fresh and portable

How should I carry and store the 18-pack for events or travel?

The 18-pack provides individually portioned pouches (packaging may vary) that fit into jerseys, running belts, or bike bags. Store in a cool, dry place; reseal any opened pouch to preserve texture and prevent clumping.

• Individual pouches for quick access mid-event
• Fits easily into pockets, hydration packs, and seat bags
• Resealable packaging preserves freshness
• Room-temperature stable for race day convenience

Who is this for: CLIF BLOKS Black Cherry with Caffeine is aimed at endurance athletes, cyclists, trail runners, and anyone doing sustained high-intensity exercise who wants a portable carbohydrate source plus a measured caffeine lift. If you prefer plant-based ingredients, quick energy delivery, and easy-to-eat chews for long workouts, these BLOKS are tailored to support your fueling strategy. Remember to test timing and amounts during training, and avoid caffeinated BLOKS if you are pregnant, nursing, under 18, or caffeine-sensitive.
