Depend Fresh Protection Men’s Incontinence Underwear XL — 68 Count, Dryshield Absorbency & OdorBlock

Depend Fresh Protection for Men is designed to feel like normal underwear while providing reliable protection for bladder leaks. This extra-large size fits waists 44–54 inches and comes in a 68-count package. The product combines a super-absorbent Dryshield core that locks in moisture with OdorBlock technology to help neutralize smells, all in a thin, cotton-like fabric that’s quieter and softer than before.

How does this product manage leaks without bulk?

Depend Fresh Protection uses a high-performance Dryshield core that absorbs liquid and turns it into gel, providing strong absorbency while staying slim. The brief-style design mimics regular underwear so it remains discreet under clothing.

• Dryshield core absorbs up to 30x its weight with gel-lock technology
• Thin, contoured silhouette fits under pants without adding visible bulk
• Elastic waistband and leg gathers help maintain a secure fit

Will it control odor during daily activities?

Yes — OdorBlock technology is formulated to neutralize and lock in odors before they escape, helping you feel confident in social and active situations. It reduces detectable smell while absorbing fluids.

• Built-in OdorBlock helps neutralize and trap odors
• Moisture-wicking top layer channels liquid to the core fast
• Material designed to stay quiet and discreet during movement

Is the material comfortable for extended wear?

The underwear-like construction uses cotton-like fabric that’s softer and quieter than earlier versions, aiming to maximize comfort for all-day wear. A moisture-wicking inner layer keeps skin drier, reducing the sensation of dampness.

• Cotton-like outer fabric for a familiar, softer feel
• Moisture-wicking liner to pull liquid away from skin
• Quiet materials reduce rustling under clothing

What sizes and counts are available and how should I choose XL?

Depend Fresh Protection comes in several sizes; this listing is the extra-large fit for waists measuring 44–54 inches. Choose your size based on comfortable underwear measurements to get the right balance of fit and absorbency.

• Size XL recommended for 44–54 inch waist measurements
