DJI Osmo Pocket 3 vlogging camera — 1" CMOS, 4K/120fps, 3-axis gimbal & rotating 2" touchscreen

The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is a pocket-sized gimbal vlogging camera with a 1-inch CMOS sensor that shoots up to 4K/120fps and delivers ultra-stable, color-rich footage for travel, vlogs, and quick run-and-gun shoots.

Compact yet capable, the Osmo Pocket 3 blends a large 1" sensor with a 3-axis mechanical gimbal, a rotating 2" touchscreen, and 10-bit color profiles to give creators smooth, high-quality clips without hauling heavy gear. It’s designed to record daylight scenes, low-light moments, and slow-motion action while fitting easily into a jacket pocket or small bag. Firmware updates and the DJI Mimo download from the DJI website ensure the latest features and compatibility with your workflow.

How does this camera keep footage steady while you move?

Osmo Pocket 3 uses a precision 3-axis mechanical gimbal that isolates camera motion from shakes and bumps. The result is fluid footage when walking, running, or using the camera handheld for vlogs and travel clips.

• 3-axis gimbal provides real-time stabilization for smooth pans and tracking.
• Compact form factor reduces handling wobble compared to larger setups.
• ActiveTrack 6.0 automatically follows subjects for steady framing.

What image quality and slow-motion options does it offer?

The 1" CMOS sensor captures a broad dynamic range and supports 4K recording up to 120fps for high-resolution slow-motion scenes. With 10-bit color and D-Log M, the Pocket 3 preserves more tonal detail for color grading during post-production.

• 1" sensor delivers improved low-light performance and sharper details.
• 4K at 120fps available in Slow Motion mode for dramatic playback.
• 10-bit color and D-Log M provide up to one billion colors for grading.

How easy is it to control and frame shots on the go?

A bright 2" touchscreen rotates between horizontal and vertical orientations so you can compose quickly for social formats and traditional video. Touch controls and intuitive gestures let you start recording, change exposure, and switch modes without extra accessories.

• Rotating 2" touchscreen supports vertical and horizontal framing.
• Fast autofocus locks subjects for crisp action and portrait shots.
• Built-in presets and tracking modes streamline vlogging and cinematic moves.

What about sound, battery, and accessories?

Osmo Pocket 3 records stereo audio and can connect to DJI Mic 2 or Mic Mini transmitters for improved on-location sound. The internal 1300mAh battery supports rapid charging—80% in about 16 minutes with a PD charger (charger sold separately)—and Creator Combo bundles offer additional audio and carrying options.

• Stereo recording plus direct connection to DJI Mic 2 and Mic Mini transmitters.
• 1300mAh internal battery with fast-charge capability using a PD charger.
• Creator Combo includes DJI Mic 2 transmitter, carrying bag, and battery handle for extended shoots.

Notes: microSD card required for footage storage. The DJI Mimo app is not available on Google Play—download the latest DJI Mimo from the official DJI site. Firmware updates can improve performance and compatibility. Battery charger and some accessories are sold separately; the DJI 30W USB-C charger is recommended for fast charging.

Who is this for? The Osmo Pocket 3 is ideal for creators who want pro-level image quality and smooth footage from a pocketable device: travel vloggers, social content creators, quick documentary shooters, and anyone who values easy setup with strong stabilization and color fidelity without carrying a full camera rig.
