Elgato Stream Deck Mini — 6 Programmable LCD Macro Keys, Compact USB Control Pad for Streaming & Productivity

Elgato Stream Deck Mini is a compact control pad with six programmable LCD keys that trigger custom actions, shortcuts, and multi-step sequences with a single tap.

Designed for streamers, creators, and productivity-focused professionals, the Stream Deck Mini replaces complex keyboard shortcuts with intuitive, visual keys. Each button features a small LCD that you can customize with icons, labels and nested folders so common tasks—switching scenes, launching apps, muting audio, or running macros—become instant and repeatable. Setup is fast: plug in the integrated USB cable, drag actions onto keys with the Stream Deck app, and start automating workflows across popular software ecosystems.

How will this speed up my streaming or video workflow?

Instead of hunting through menus or memorizing key combos, you get direct access to the functions you use most often. The Elgato app connects to streaming tools like OBS Studio, Streamlabs, and XSplit, letting you change scenes, play media, and control audio with a single press. You can also chain multiple actions so a single key performs several commands in sequence for consistent production routines.

• Switch scenes or sources instantly in broadcasting apps
• Trigger alerts, media or transitions with one touch
• Run multi-step macros for repeatable production tasks

Can it improve my productivity outside of streaming?

Yes. The Stream Deck Mini integrates with a wide range of applications—video conferencing, office suites, music apps and creative tools—so you can assign shortcuts for non-stream tasks too. Create keys for muting/unmuting, launching documents, controlling media playback, or running frequently used Photoshop actions to cut down on repetitive work.

• Assign Microsoft Office and Google Workspace shortcuts
• Control music playback and system volume without switching windows
• Launch apps, open files, or run scripts with a single press

How hard is it to customize keys and create multi-action sequences?

Customization is visual and drag-and-drop: add actions from the app library directly onto individual keys, then edit their icons, names and behavior. Multi-action sequences are built by stacking actions in the Stream Deck software and setting delays or conditions for precise timing. If you develop plugins or need bespoke controls, the Stream Deck SDK allows community or in-house extensions.

• Drag actions onto keys and personalize icon and text
• Combine commands with delay controls for timed sequences
• Extend functionality with plugins or the Stream Deck SDK
