Elite Gourmet Ceramic Electric Skillet 12x12, Black – PFAS-Free Ceralast™ Nonstick, 1200W, Removable Thermostat

The Elite Gourmet EG2313 is a 12"x12" PFAS-free ceramic electric skillet built to cook family-sized meals with even heat, easy cleanup, and deep 3" sidewalls for low-splash cooking.

Designed for home cooks who need a dependable all-in-one pan, the EG2313 combines a durable, PFAS-free Ceralast™ ceramic nonstick surface with a heavy-duty cast aluminum body and a removable thermostat. It delivers steady temperatures from 200°F to 400°F, holds larger portions without crowding, and makes cleanup simple thanks to dishwasher-safe parts when the probe is removed. The tempered glass lid and cool-touch handles add everyday convenience without complicating storage or use.

How does the PFAS-free Ceralast™ coating change everyday cooking?

The Ceralast™ ceramic finish avoids PFAS and PTFE while offering strong release and scratch resistance so ingredients slide free and cleanup takes seconds. It’s built to resist peeling and lasts longer than many standard nonstick layers when cared for properly.

• PFAS- and PTFE-free ceramic surface for safer nonstick performance.
• 4x durability versus typical nonstick coatings, reducing flaking and wear.
• Works best with wooden or silicone utensils to preserve the finish.

Can the skillet handle large family meals and reduce splatter?

Yes—the 12" x 12" cooking area plus 3" sidewalls are sized to cook generous batches and contain splatter better than a shallow pan. That extra depth lets you stir, sear, and simmer large stews or one-pan dinners for four to six people without constant transfer to a second cookware piece.

• Full 12" x 12" surface fits larger cuts, multiple servings, or sheet-like layouts.
• Three-inch walls reduce splatter and keep countertops cleaner.
• Tempered glass lid locks in moisture and lets you monitor food without lifting.

How precise and reliable is the temperature control?

The removable thermostat allows you to set and maintain temperatures from 200°F to 400°F, with an indicator light that shows when the skillet is actively holding the set heat. The probe cycles power on and off automatically to keep the internal temperature steady for more predictable searing, simmering, and braising.

• Temperature range 200°F–400°F for low simmer to high sear.
• Removable control probe for safe dishwasher loading of the skillet and lid.
• Indicator light confirms the unit is maintaining the set temperature.

What makes cleanup and long-term use simpler?

The heavy-duty cast aluminum body resists warping and corrosion, and both the skillet and tempered glass lid are dishwasher safe once the thermostat probe is taken out. That combination of durable construction and straightforward maintenance helps the EG2313 stay reliable through frequent use.

• Skillet and lid dishwasher safe after removing the temperature probe.
• Cast aluminum base resists warping under repeated heating cycles.
• Cool-touch handles and knob add safety when moving the skillet mid-cook.

Who is this for: The Elite Gourmet EG2313 is aimed at households that cook full meals regularly and want a single electric pan that can sear, simmer, braise, and stir-fry without constant attention. It’s a good fit for families of 3–6, renters or kitchens without a full stovetop, and anyone who values a PFAS-free nonstick surface, easy dishwasher cleanup, and consistent temperature control.
