FITZELAR Peanut Massage Ball 5-inch Natural Rubber — Double lacrosse design for deep-tissue relief & travel

FITZELAR Double Lacrosse Massage Ball is a peanut-shaped deep-tissue tool designed to release muscle knots and mobilize fascia along the spine, back, waist and feet.

This compact, travel-ready peanut ball combines two connected spheres to cradle the spine while applying targeted pressure to surrounding muscles. Made from 100% natural rubber with certified quality, it balances firmness and comfort so you can treat sore spots without the sharp pain of overly hard tools. At 5 inches long, 2.5 inches in diameter and about 11 ounces, it’s sized for precise work along the paraspinal muscles, glutes, hamstrings, plantar fascia and shoulders.

How does the peanut shape make a difference for back and spine work?

The double-ball design creates a central channel that spares the vertebrae while concentrating pressure on the muscles on either side of the spine. This geometry lets you roll vertical and lateral lines along the back without directly compressing the bony column. It’s especially useful for accessing tight spots near the spine and lower back where a single ball would feel unstable or place pressure on the spine itself.

• Cradles the spine so pressure targets paraspinal muscles, not vertebrae.
• Longer contact area than one ball—smooth rolling over a wider muscle band.
• Stable track for controlled vertical and diagonal rolls.

What material is used and how firm is it for trigger-point work?

FITZELAR’s peanut ball is molded from 100% natural rubber rather than recycled PVC, giving a measured firmness that falls between a tennis ball and a golf ball. That medium-firm density provides effective deep-tissue pressure while remaining comfortable for repeat use. The material has undergone quality certification and complies with EU import standards for consumer products.

• Natural rubber construction for consistent bounce and resilience.
• Moderate hardness—firm enough for deep release, soft enough to avoid excessive pain.
• Certified quality and EU-compliant materials.

How do I use it day-to-day — at home, gym or travel?

Operation is simple: place the peanut ball against the target area and use your body weight to control pressure by leaning into a wall, floor, or chair. For feet, roll under the arch while standing or seated; for the back, lie on the floor with the ball along the spine’s sides and roll slowly to find tender spots. The lightweight 11oz design and included pouch make it easy to stash in a gym bag or suitcase for on-demand relief.

• Back: lie down and roll up/down to locate knots beside the spine.
• Feet: step and roll to release plantar tension and increase mobility.
• Glutes & hamstrings: sit/bridge variations for deeper trigger-point pressure.

Why choose this over a massage gun or single ball?

Compared with massage guns, the FITZELAR peanut ball is far more portable, silent and cost-effective for regular self-care. Versus a single ball, the peanut shape gives safer spinal access and a broader massage footprint for long muscle groups. It’s an economical tool that replicates a therapist’s elbow in targeted rolling and pressure techniques without the expense of frequent professional sessions.

• Lower cost and simpler to use than electric devices.
• Quieter, no batteries required; good for office or travel use.
• Safer for spine-adjacent work than a single solid ball.

Who is this for: FITZELAR’s Double Lacrosse Peanut Massage Ball is ideal for active people, desk workers, athletes, and therapists seeking a portable self-massage tool to address muscle tightness, post-workout soreness, and trigger points. It suits anyone wanting certified, natural-rubber compression with controlled firmness—especially those who need safe spinal access and a compact solution for home, gym, or travel routines.
