FLEX reusable menstrual cup Full Fit Size 01 — starter kit with patented pull-tab, holds 2 super tampons, 12-hour protection

The FLEX Cup Starter Kit (Full Fit - Size 01) is a beginner-friendly, reusable menstrual cup with a patented pull-tab for easy removal and two disposable discs included.

This kit gives you a low-waste alternative to tampons and pads that fits like a slim cup while holding the equivalent of two super tampons. Made in the USA from medical-grade silicone, the FLEX Cup is designed for up to 12 hours of protection per wear and can be reused for years with proper care. The Starter Kit bundles the cup, two Flex Discs for occasional needs, and a soft pouch so you’re prepared whether you’re new to cups or switching from single-use products.

How does the patented pull-tab make removal easier?

The FLEX Cup’s unique pull-tab removes the guesswork many beginners face when taking out a menstrual cup. Instead of needing to find and pinch the base to break suction, you gently pull the silicone tab to break the seal and slide the cup out. That familiar pull motion closely resembles pulling a tampon string, which shortens the learning curve.

• Patented pull-tab design breaks suction with a simple pull.
• Beginners can avoid searching for the cup’s rim or base.
• Soft silicone tab is comfortable during wear and removal.

What materials and safety features does the FLEX Cup offer?

FLEX Cup is crafted from 100% medical-grade silicone and produced in the USA, meeting common safety expectations for reusable menstrual devices. The silicone is hypoallergenic and free from BPA, phthalates, and natural rubber latex. The cup is FDA registered and designed not to interfere with vaginal pH; routine cleaning keeps it safe for repeated use.

• Made from medical-grade silicone, hypoallergenic and durable.
• BPA-, phthalate-, and latex-free to reduce irritation risk.
• FDA-registered product manufactured in the USA.

How long does the cup last and how much does it hold?

With proper care, the FLEX Cup can be reused for many years, offering a sustainable alternative to disposable period products. Each wear can provide up to 12 hours of protection depending on your flow and activity level. Size 01 (Full Fit) has a capacity comparable to two super tampons, making it suitable for light-to-moderate days or as a comfortable option for those who prefer a slimmer profile.

• Reusable design intended to last for years with correct cleaning and storage.
• Up to 12 hours of protection per wear for many users.
• Holds about the same as two super tampons (Size 01 capacity).

What comes in the Starter Kit and how do I care for it?

The kit includes the Size 01 FLEX Cup, two disposable Flex Discs for flexible wear options, and a carry pouch for discreet storage. Cleaning is straightforward: empty, rinse with cool water, wash with a mild soap or a dedicated cleanser, rinse warm, let air dry, and store in the pouch. Regular inspection and hygienic handling will prolong the cup’s lifespan.

• Starter Kit: FLEX Cup Size 01, two Flex Discs, and a carry pouch.
• Cleaning: rinse, mild soap or Flex cleanser, air dry before storing.
• Storage: keep in the breathable pouch between uses to avoid moisture buildup.

Who is this for: The FLEX Cup Starter Kit Size 01 is ideal for first-time cup users, people who prefer a slim-fitting cup with easy removal, and anyone seeking a reusable, lower-waste period solution that holds roughly two super tampons' worth of fluid. It’s also a good match for users who want a product made from medical-grade materials and prefer the convenience of a pull-tab removal system.
