FLEX Reusable Menstrual Disc — Reusable Disc with Pouch & 2 Disposable Discs, 12-Hour Leak-Resistant, High Capacity

Designed as an alternative to pads, tampons, and cups, the Flex Reusable Disc combines a slim profile with a high-capacity collection cup so you can stay active while on your period. It’s made from body-safe materials and comes with a travel pouch and two disposable discs to bridge use or travel. The disc sits further back than many internal products, creating a secure seal and minimal sensation once inserted.

How long can I wear the Flex Reusable Disc?

You can comfortably wear the disc for up to 12 hours depending on your flow. Its design captures more fluid than most internal options, reducing the need for frequent changes and supporting overnight or long-day use.

• Holds up to ~70 mL, equal to about six super tampons.
• Intended for up to 12 hours of continuous wear per use.
• High-capacity shape suitable for moderate to heavy days.

Is the Flex Reusable Disc safe and easy to clean?

The disc is made from medical-grade silicone and contains no BPA, phthalates, or natural rubber latex, supporting compatibility with vaginal pH. Cleaning is simple: rinse with mild soap and water between uses and store dry in the included pouch.

• Medical-grade silicone resists odors and staining.
• Wash with gentle cleanser; air dry before storage.
• Reusable construction designed to last for years with proper care.

How do I insert and remove the disk comfortably?

Flex’s notch and non-slip rim guide insertion and create a narrow point for precise placement, while the firm rim forms a reliable seal to help prevent leaks. Removal uses the rim for grip so you can extract it smoothly without fuss.

• Patented notch creates an easy insertion point for beginners.
• Non-slip rim helps with confident removal every time.
• Designed to sit in the vaginal fornix for a barely-there feel once positioned.

What comes in the package and can I travel with it?

The Flex Reusable Disc package includes the reusable disc, a soft carrying pouch for discreet storage, and two disposable discs for convenience when you can’t clean immediately. Its compact size and reusable nature make it travel-friendly and economical over time.

• Includes reusable disc, carrying pouch, and 2 disposable discs.
• Small, lightweight, and TSA-friendly when empty and stored properly.
• Reusable format reduces waste compared with single-use options.

Who is this for? The Flex Reusable Disc is intended for people seeking a low-profile internal menstrual solution with high capacity—ideal for swimmers, travelers, athletes, overnight use, or anyone wanting fewer changes and less disposable waste.
