Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder 907 g — Shelf-Stable Plant-Based Creamer, Easy-Mixing & Keto-Friendly

Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder is a shelf-stable, plant-based creamer made from organic coconut, designed to add rich, creamy flavor to coffee, tea, smoothies and recipes without refrigeration.

Made from organic coconut and packaged in a 2-pound (32 ounce) tub, this powdered coconut milk offers the flavor and mouthfeel of coconut milk with the convenience of a dry ingredient. It's formulated to be non-GMO, dairy-free, gluten-free, and free from soy, artificial colors, and artificial flavors. The powder dissolves easily into hot or cold liquids, comes with a measuring scoop for consistent portions, and stores compactly in the pantry.

How does this coconut milk powder perform in my morning coffee?

When stirred or blended into hot coffee, the powder creates a creamy body and subtle coconut aroma without curdling like some liquid alternatives can. It blends smoothly if whisked or frothed and can be used straight from the scoop for quick cups.

• Easy mixing in hot beverages — minimal clumping when whisked
• Adds creamy texture and light coconut flavor
• Works with espresso, drip coffee, and cold-brew when thoroughly mixed
• Scoop included for repeatable servings

Can I use it in recipes and smoothies?

The powdered format is practical for blending into smoothies, protein shakes, and cooked recipes like curries or baked goods. It offers the fat and flavor of coconut milk without needing refrigeration or carrying a bulky carton.

• Blend into smoothies for extra creaminess and calories
• Stir into sauces and soups as a dairy-free thickener
• Measure precisely for baking and dry mixes
• Convenient for travel, meal prep, and bulk recipes

Is this suitable for special diets like keto, paleo, or gluten-free?

Yes — Micro Ingredients Organic Coconut Milk Powder is crafted without dairy, gluten, or soy and is labeled non-GMO. Its ingredient profile fits many low-carb and paleo-style meal plans when used in moderation, though you should check overall recipe macros for ketogenics.

• Dairy-free, gluten-free and soy-free formulation
• Labeled non-GMO and free of artificial colors/flavors
• Frequently adopted in keto and paleo recipes for healthy fats
• Good pantry-stable alternative to canned or refrigerated milk

How should I store and measure the powder for best results?

Keep the container sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; no refrigeration is required. Use the included scoop for consistent servings and re-seal the lid after each use to maintain freshness and prevent moisture clumps.

• Store in pantry; reseal after every use
• Use provided scoop for consistent measurement
• Mix with hot or cold liquids; whisk or blend for smoothness
• Ideal for bulk storage or taking a portion when traveling
