Odorcide K.O.E. Odour Eliminator Concentrate 3.79 L — Fresh Scent, Non-Enzymatic Heavy-Duty Neutralizer for Kennels & Home

Odorcide K.O.E. Fresh Scent is a professional-strength, non-enzymatic concentrate that neutralizes strong pet and kennel odors at their source while leaving a light fresh scent.

Designed for heavy-use settings like kennels, grooming salons, veterinary clinics, and busy homes, this one-gallon concentrate is formulated to treat stubborn smells on surfaces including cages, floors, walls, and bedding. Unlike enzyme-based products or simple fragrances that mask smells, the K.O.E. formula is created to reach and eliminate the odor-causing residue so spaces stay fresher after a single application. Dilute as directed for routine cleaning or saturate heavily soiled areas for deep odor control.

How does K.O.E. remove odors from cages and kennel runs?

K.O.E. uses a non-enzymatic chemistry that targets and neutralizes odor sources rather than temporarily covering them. It’s suitable for a wide range of surfaces found in kennels and runs, and can be applied via mop, cloth, or sprayer to penetrate soiled areas.

• Apply diluted solution to hard surfaces, bedding, and floors to neutralize smells.
• Saturate heavily soiled spots for best results; allow air drying.
• Safe for routine use in animal-care environments trusted by veterinarians.

Is this safe to use around pets and children immediately after application?

Yes. K.O.E. is formulated to be non-harmful and non-allergenic when used per instructions, allowing pets and children to re-enter treated areas without delay. It is biodegradable and designed for the types of environments that require frequent cleaning.

• No waiting period required for pet or child re-entry after normal dilution use.
• Non-toxic and non-allergenic formula when used as directed.
• Suitable for households, clinics, and grooming facilities where safety matters.

How do I mix and apply the concentrate for different jobs?

Mixing ratios depend on the intensity of the odor and the surface being cleaned; light cleaning uses a higher dilution, while heavy contamination requires a stronger mix or direct saturation. K.O.E. works well with mop-and-bucket cleaning, pump sprayers, or spot treatments to reach the odor source.

• Light maintenance: dilute according to label for general mopping and surface cleaning.
• Deep odor treatment: increase concentration or apply undiluted to heavily soiled spots.
• Compatible with pump-up sprayers for even coverage over runs and large areas.

Will this product just mask odors or actually eliminate them?

Odorcide K.O.E. is explicitly formulated to remove odors, not cover them with fragrance. Its non-enzymatic action breaks down the odor-causing residues and leaves a subtle fresh scent so spaces smell clean without an overwhelming perfume.

• Targets the source of odors rather than masking with heavy fragrances.
• Fresh scent added for a clean, neutral finish.
• Effective on organic soils where surface cleaning alone often fails.

Who is this for? K.O.E. Fresh Scent concentrate is ideal for professional animal-care facilities—kennels, shelters, groomers, and veterinary offices—plus busy households with pets that need reliable, repeatable odor control. If you’re responsible for large areas, multiple animals, or frequent clean-ups, this product gives a stronger, safer alternative to surface deodorizers and simple masking agents. Follow label directions for dilution and application to achieve the best balance of efficacy and safety.
