Presto Tilt 'n Drain Big Griddle Electric Griddle, Oversized Surface with Cool-Touch Base and PFAS-Free Ceramic Nonstick

The Presto 07046 Tilt 'n Drain Big Griddle is a large-capacity electric griddle with a cool-touch base, PFAS-free ceramic nonstick surface, and an adjustable level-to-tilt cooking surface for easy grease drainage.

Designed for families, gatherings, and busy cooks, this oversized griddle increases usable cooking area so you can prepare more food at once — up to 12 slices of French toast or a similar volume of pancakes, bacon, or sandwiches. The Control Master® heat control keeps the surface at consistent cooking temperatures, while the slide-out drip tray and removable control make cleanup straightforward. Built with a cool-touch base and backstop ledge, it balances performance with safety and convenience.

How much food can the Presto Tilt 'n Drain Big Griddle cook at once?

This model gives you a substantially larger surface than typical home griddles, engineered to handle multiple servings in a single batch. It’s ideal for weekend breakfasts, buffet-style meals, and preparing several components of a meal simultaneously.

• Holds up to 12 slices of French toast or the equivalent amount of pancakes.
• Provides up to 50% more cooking area compared with many jumbo griddles.
• Generous surface reduces the need to cook in multiple batches.

Can I control cooking temperature easily and reliably?

The built-in Control Master® heat control automatically keeps the griddle at a steady, set temperature so food cooks evenly. That simplifies tasks like flipping pancakes or searing sandwiches without constant manual adjustments.

• Adjustable temperature control for different foods and heat levels.
• Maintains consistent cooking temperatures during long or multiple-item sessions.
• Removable heat control allows full immersion cleaning once detached.

How does the tilt feature and drip tray improve cooking and cleanup?

The Tilt 'n Drain function lets you switch from a flat cooking plane for pancakes to a slight tilt for draining fat when cooking bacon, sausage, or other greasy foods. Drippings collect in a slide-out tray for easy disposal, keeping the cooking surface cleaner and safer.

• Tilting surface channels grease toward the slide-out drip tray.
• Slide-out tray simplifies emptying and prevents spills during transfer.
• Fully immersible unit (with control removed) speeds deep cleaning.

What safety and build features should I expect from this griddle?

This griddle prioritizes practical, user-friendly construction: a cool-touch base around the front and sides protects hands during use, and a backstop ledge helps keep foods from sliding off. The PFAS-free ceramic nonstick coating reduces sticking and minimizes the need for excess oils.

• Cool-touch base reduces accidental burns while handling or serving.
• Backstop ledge prevents food from sliding off the edge.
• Ceramic nonstick surface is PFAS-free for easier release and cleaning.
