Redi Shade Peel-and-Stick Pleated Paper Shades White 36" x 72", 6-Pack — Light-Filtering, No-Tools Privacy

This six-pack of Redi Shade No Tools Original light-filtering shades (36" W x 72" L) brings a fast, low-cost window covering option that installs in minutes. Made from a durable white paper designed to resist yellowing, each shade gently diffuses incoming light, reduces glare and adds privacy without the need for drills, screws or brackets. They’re cordless and recyclable, giving you a safe, temporary, or semi-permanent solution for homes, rentals, dorms, RVs and remodeling projects.

How simple is installation and fitting these shades?

Installation uses a peel-and-stick adhesive tape: prepare the window surface, measure and trim the shade if needed, then press it into place. No power tools, brackets, or professional installers are required, and the pleated paper can be overlapped or trimmed with household scissors for a custom fit.

• Peel-and-stick adhesive for tool-free mounting
• Trim to fit with scissors or overlap for wider windows
• Included clips let you raise and lower the shade without cords
• Works on clean, dry surfaces such as glass, vinyl, and painted trim

What level of light control and privacy does this shade provide?

The Original light-filtering material lets daylight through while concealing interior details, creating a soft glow instead of full blackout. It reduces direct sun and UV exposure to furnishings but won’t block out all light, making it a good choice where natural illumination and privacy are both desired.

• Softly filters daylight for a warm, even room glow
• Provides daytime privacy without complete darkness
• Helps reduce direct sunlight and UV on surfaces
• Not intended for full light blocking or room-darkening needs

Are these shades durable and safe for family spaces?

Constructed from a specially treated paper, the shades resist yellowing and cracking from sun exposure and are fully cordless for child and pet safety. They’re recyclable and lightweight, offering a short- to medium-term covering that’s easy to remove and replace as décor needs change.

• Durable paper resists sun-related discoloration
• Cordless design reduces safety hazards in homes with children or pets
• Recyclable material simplifies disposal and replacement
• Can be customized by adhering fabric or decorative paper on top

Where does this product work best and what are common uses?

These shades suit spaces where quick, attractive privacy or light softening is needed without permanent installation. They’re especially popular for renters, students, temporary housing and mobile living where you want function, low cost and easy removal.

• Ideal for apartments, dorm rooms, and rental properties
• Works well in RVs, campers, houseboats and temporary housing
• Handy for remodeling phases or staging homes for sale
• Use as a base to customize with fabrics or decorative paper
