SafeRest Queen Size Waterproof Mattress Protector — Breathable, Quiet, Deep-Skirt Fit

SafeRest Waterproof Queen Size Mattress Protector shields your mattress from spills, sweat, stains and bed bugs while staying quiet and breathable for comfortable sleep.

Keep your mattress looking and smelling fresh with a fitted SafeRest protector made for queen beds. This cover creates a moisture-barrier that prevents accidental liquids and bodily fluids from reaching the mattress core, while the breathable surface preserves airflow and comfort. The protector is machine-washable and designed to stay snug with a deep, elasticized skirt — a practical bedding essential for homes, rentals and first apartments.

How does this protector stop spills without feeling like plastic?

The protector uses a thin, waterproof backing laminated beneath a soft knit top so liquids bead up and run off the surface rather than soaking in. Because the membrane is engineered to be vapor-permeable, it won’t trap heat like traditional vinyl covers.

• Waterproof barrier prevents fluids from penetrating the mattress
• Soft, cotton-like knit top keeps the sleeping surface comfortable
• Breathable membrane allows airflow to reduce trapped heat

Will it stay in place on a queen mattress during the night?

Yes — the protector is cut to a queen size with a deep elastic skirt that grips the mattress sides for a secure fit. The tailored edges help minimize shifting, bunching, or exposure of the mattress during normal movement.

• Deep, full-coverage skirt fits most queen mattress depths
• Elasticized edges hold the protector firmly in place
• Low-profile design maintains mattress shape and comfort

How do I clean and care for the mattress protector?

Caring for the cover is simple: machine wash cold and tumble dry on low or line dry to maintain the waterproof membrane and fabric hand. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to preserve the protective layer.

• Machine washable on cold for easy cleaning
• Tumble dry low or air-dry to protect the membrane
• No bleach or strong chemicals to keep waterproofing intact

Does it help with pests and allergens?

The snug, full-cover construction blocks dust mites, bed bugs and other small pests from reaching the mattress surface, reducing allergen exposure. While not a medical product, the barrier adds an extra layer of protection that can be especially useful for allergy-prone sleepers and rental hosts.

• Encases mattress surface to limit dust mite access
• Prevents common staining agents like urine and perspiration
• Ideal for hosts, first apartments and allergy-conscious households

Who is this for: The SafeRest Waterproof Queen Size Mattress Protector is a practical pick for anyone who wants to extend the life of a queen mattress — parents of young children, pet owners, Airbnb and short-term rental hosts, people sensitive to allergens, and anyone furnishing a new home. It provides reliable liquid protection without sacrificing breathability, and it’s low-maintenance for busy households.
