SPRINGSPIRIT Twin XL Mattress Protector Waterproof - Quilted, Breathable Cover for 14" Deep Mattresses

This mattress pad protector combines a soft quilted polyester surface with a fully waterproof TPU barrier to guard against spills, stains and everyday wear. It’s tailored for Twin XL mattresses (39" x 80") and includes an extra-long elastic skirt that hugs mattress depths up to 14 inches. Lightweight, machine-washable and backed by SPRINGSPIRIT’s satisfaction guarantee, this protector balances protection with a quiet, cushioned feel so your mattress stays fresher longer without added noise or stiffness.

How does this protector stop spills without making the bed hot?

The protector uses a thin TPU waterproof membrane beneath a soft polyester quilt to block liquids while allowing some air movement. The quilted polyester surface absorbs light moisture quickly and the TPU layer prevents it from reaching the mattress, all without the crinkly feel of older vinyl covers.

• 100% waterproof TPU barrier protects against liquids and stains.
• Quilted 100% polyester top layer absorbs spill residue.
• Quiet, flexible construction avoids the plasticky noise of traditional covers.
• Breathable design helps reduce heat build-up compared with non-breathable materials.

Will it fit my Twin XL dorm mattress and stay in place during the night?

This Twin XL protector is sized at 39" x 80" and features a generous long skirt with deep stretch to accommodate mattresses up to 14" high. The elasticized skirt holds the protector firmly in place so it won’t shuffle off with normal movement, keeping corners neat and the surface smooth for sleeping.

• Exact Twin XL dimensions for dorm and extra-long twin beds.
• Extra-long skirt stretches to fit depths up to 14".
• Elastic edges secure the protector under the mattress for overnight stability.
• Stays flat and neat even on adjustable bases or frequent use beds.

How do I care for the mattress protector so it lasts through the school year?

The protector is machine washable and designed to retain its shape and protective performance after repeated laundering. Use a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low; the polyester quilt and TPU layer are stitched for long-term durability without losing absorbency or fit.

• Machine washable for convenient dorm-laundry care.
• Tumble dry low to preserve elasticity and waterproofing.
• Stitched construction resists fraying and extends service life.
• Lightweight design makes washing and drying quick and energy-efficient.
