Shark AV2501AE Robot Vacuum - LIDAR Navigation, XL HEPA Self-Empty Base (Black)

The Shark AV2501AE AI Robot Vacuum is a LIDAR-guided, self-emptying robot that delivers powerful suction, HEPA-level containment, and precise home mapping for whole-home cleaning without daily maintenance.

Designed for homes that need reliable, hands-off floor care, this Shark model pairs strong suction and a self-emptying base with 360° LIDAR mapping and Matrix Clean Navigation. It balances long runtime and intelligent route planning to tackle carpets, hard floors, and pet hair while keeping allergens contained in an XL bagless base.

How does the AV2501AE navigate and avoid obstacles?

The robot uses 360° LIDAR to create accurate floor maps and Matrix Clean Navigation to pass over dirty areas multiple times. Its sensors detect objects and adapt routes in real time so the robot can work day or night without bumping into common household items.

• Precision Home Mapping with LIDAR for accurate room layouts and no-go awareness.
• Matrix Clean Navigation to grid the floor and perform multiple passes where needed.
• Object detection reduces collisions and allows methodical cleaning around furniture.
• Recharge & Resume automatically docks and continues until the job is done.

How well does it handle pet hair, dust, and allergens?

This Shark vacuum combines a self-cleaning brushroll and high suction with a true HEPA containment system to grab pet hair, dander, and fine dust. Dirt and allergens are deposited into a 60-day capacity bagless base that captures particles down to 0.3 microns.

• Self-cleaning brushroll reduces hair wrap for consistent pickup on carpets and rugs.
• High-efficiency suction lifts embedded dirt from both hard floors and carpets.
• XL HEPA self-empty base traps 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns.
• 60-day capacity means fewer trips to dispose of collected debris.

What smart features and controls are available?

The AV2501AE connects to your Wi-Fi and integrates with voice assistants for hands-free starts and scheduling. The app lets you create maps, set cleaning zones, and run cleans on demand, giving you flexible control over when and where the robot works.

• Wi‑Fi connectivity with app-based scheduling and map management.
• Compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice commands.
• On-demand cleaning and targeted zone selection from the mobile app.
• Multiple cleaning passes and selectable routines tailored to room types.

How long does it run and what is included in the package?

The robot operates up to 120 minutes on a single charge and uses Recharge & Resume to finish larger jobs. The box contains the Shark AI Ultra Robot, an XL HEPA self-empty base, and two side brushes so you can start cleaning immediately.

• Up to 120 minutes of runtime for extended cleaning sessions.
