SHINESTAR Griddle Cover for Blackstone 36" with Hood — Heavy-Duty Waterproof, UV-Stable Protection

SHINESTAR 5482 is a heavy-duty, waterproof protective cover designed to fit Blackstone 36" 4-burner griddles with hoods, shielding your flat-top from rain, sun, and wind.

Keep your Blackstone griddle looking and performing its best with a purpose-built cover that combines durable materials and practical fastening details. The SHINESTAR 5482 is tailored for Blackstone 36-inch models with hoods and is engineered to resist moisture, ultraviolet damage, and everyday wear so your outdoor cooking gear stays rust-free and ready to use.

How does this cover protect my griddle from rain and moisture?

The cover uses a triple-layer polyurethane coating that repels water so droplets bead and roll off instead of soaking through. That barrier helps prevent rust and corrosion on your griddle’s exterior surfaces even during prolonged exposure to damp conditions.

• Triple-layer PU coating for long-lasting waterproofing
• Seam construction prevents water entry at common weak points
• Smooth outer face allows quick wipe-clean of spills and grease

Will it stay in place when it’s windy outside?

Yes—this model combines a drawstring hem with hook-and-loop (Velcro) straps to secure the cover around the griddle and legs. The two-stage fastening reduces flapping and keeps the cover snugly fitted even during gusty weather.

• Adjustable drawstring hem locks the bottom around the base
• Velcro straps fasten around fixed points for extra hold
• Tailored fit eliminates excess fabric that can catch wind

How does the cover handle sun, fading, and seasonal exposure?

An integrated UV inhibitor in the outer coating resists sun damage that causes cracking, color fade, and material breakdown. That protection helps preserve the cover’s appearance and strength for year-round outdoor use, especially in bright, sunny climates.

• UV-stabilized outer layer reduces fading and brittleness
• Color retention keeps the cover looking newer longer
• Suitable for continuous outdoor storage without rapid degradation

Is this cover easy to maintain and durable for frequent use?

Maintenance is simple: the smooth exterior wipes clean with a damp cloth, so you don’t need machine washing or harsh cleaning routines. The durable, high-density fabric and reinforced double-stitched seams are built to resist tearing and hold shape through repeated on-and-off use.

• High-density fabric resists scuffs and punctures
• Double-stitched seams for long-term seam integrity
• Quick wipe-clean surface for low-effort upkeep
