Terro Fruit Fly Trap indoor 6-pack — apple-shaped traps with 270-day lure supply, 45-day per trap protection

TERRO Fruit Fly Traps are ready-to-use, apple-shaped indoor traps that attract and capture adult fruit flies with a long-lasting liquid lure.

Fast, discreet, and simple to position around the kitchen, this 6-pack includes enough lure to provide continuous protection for up to 270 days when used as directed. Each trap uses a specially formulated liquid bait and a one-way entry design so attracted flies enter and cannot escape. The clear monitoring window lets you check lure levels and capture progress without opening the unit, while the non-staining formula makes them safe to place near countertops and food prep areas.

How quickly will I see fewer fruit flies?

Most households notice a reduction in adult fruit flies within days as the liquid bait draws insects from nearby breeding sites. Results depend on infestation size and trap placement, but well-positioned traps interrupt the breeding cycle by steadily catching adults.

• Expect visible captures in the first 24–72 hours in many cases.
• Use multiple traps near fruit bowls, trash, and drains for faster impact.
• Replace each trap after up to 45 days of use for continuous performance.

Where should I place these traps for best coverage?

Place traps where fruit flies congregate or breed: close to overripe fruit, compost bins, garbage, and sinks. Spread the six traps across the most active areas to create a barrier and keep adult populations from returning.

• Near fruit bowls and produce storage.
• Next to trash cans, recycling bins, or compost pails.
• Along countertops, by drains, and near food-prep zones.

How long does each trap and the lure last?

Each individual trap delivers up to 45 days of continuous attraction; the 6-pack includes enough lure to maintain protection for a combined 270 days. Lures are preloaded and require no mixing, so traps stay ready to work from the first placement.

• Single trap life: up to 45 days under normal indoor conditions.
• Total supply: six traps × 45 days equals 270 days of coverage.
• No assembly or additional bait needed — just remove seals and set the trap.

Are these traps safe to use around food and living areas?

The non-staining liquid formula and enclosed design make these traps suitable for kitchens and dining spaces. Because the lure is contained and the trap prevents escape, you can place units near food zones without worrying about open bait or residue.

• Enclosed, discreet apple-shaped housing blends with fruit displays.
• Monitoring windows avoid unnecessary handling while checking progress.
• Non-staining liquid minimizes surface risk if placed on countertops.
