Uni-Ball One 0.38mm Gel Pens 12-Pack — Ultra-Micro Black, Quick-Dry Smooth Writing

Elegant in design and engineered in Japan, these Uni-Ball One gel pens combine ultra-fine control with bright, non-bleeding gel ink. The slim 0.38mm tip gives consistently sharp lines for detailed note-taking, sketching, and fine lettering, while a quick-dry formula reduces smudges. Packaged as a set of 12, they’re a reliable supply for students, professionals, and anyone who prefers crisp black lines from a lightweight, comfortable pen.

How do these pens perform for everyday note-taking and journaling?

The 0.38mm ultra micro tip delivers clear, narrow strokes that keep handwriting neat and dense text legible. The gel ink flows evenly without blobbing, making long writing sessions more comfortable and consistent. A soft anti-slip grip reduces hand fatigue, and the minimal white barrel looks tidy in any pen cup.

• Ultra-micro 0.38mm tip for fine detail and compact handwriting
• Consistent ink flow prevents skipping during continuous writing
• Anti-slip rubber grip for longer, controlled use
• Sleek white barrel fits professional and personal setups

Will the ink smudge, bleed through, or fade on common papers?

Uni-Ball One uses a vivid gel formula engineered to sit on the paper surface rather than soak into fibers, which produces brighter lines and reduces show-through. The quick-drying formulation minimizes smears for right- and left-handed writers alike. While thin or low-quality paper may still show some ghosting, these pens are optimized for standard notebook and printer papers.

• Quick-drying gel ink reduces smearing within seconds
• Pigmented formula resists absorption and improves vibrancy
• Recommended for standard notebooks, planners, and office paper

What makes the Uni-Ball One different from other fine-point pens?

Beyond the ultra-fine 0.38mm tip, these pens combine design details meant for durability and everyday comfort: a spring-loaded clip, a stable micro tip for precise lines, and a firm grip that aids control. Manufactured with Japanese quality standards, they’re built to offer consistent performance across dozens of pages. The color-coded clip top helps quickly identify ink at a glance when you store multiple pens.

• Durable micro tip for long-lasting precision
• Spring-loaded clip for secure attachment to notebooks
• Color-coded tops for easy identification in sets

How should I use and store these pens for best results?

Store pens horizontally or tip-up to maintain steady ink flow; avoid prolonged exposure to heat or direct sunlight. Cap each pen when not in use to protect the fine tip and keep the ink from drying. For best writing quality, use on medium-to-high weight papers rather than tissue-thin sheets.

• Cap pens between uses to protect the 0.38mm tip
• Store horizontally or tip-up to prevent ink pooling
• Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight

Who is this for? These Uni-Ball One 0.38mm gel pens are ideal for students, designers, architects, bullet-journalers, and anyone who values fine, consistent lines. They suit detailed note-taking, precise underlining, ink-based sketching, and professional documents where neat black text matters.
