WHYZ Organic Monk Fruit Extract Powder 142 g — 458 Servings, 100% Pure Zero-Calorie Sweetener (No Erythritol)

This single-ingredient monk fruit powder is certified organic, non-GMO, and designed as a sugar substitute for baking, beverages, and everyday cooking. At roughly 458 servings per 5 oz jar and about 200 times sweeter than sugar by weight, it stretches far beyond typical sweetener packets while keeping recipes low-glycemic and keto- or paleo-friendly. The clean, natural flavor aims to replicate sugar’s sweetness without an artificial aftertaste, and because there are no added bulking agents, you control concentration precisely.

How much sweeter is WHYZ monk fruit compared to table sugar?

WHYZ monk fruit extract is approximately 200 times sweeter than granulated sugar, so a very small amount produces the sweetness of a larger sugar volume. That potency makes it ideal for those reducing added sugar while maintaining flavor intensity in drinks and desserts.

• Ratio: use roughly 1/200th the weight of sugar for equivalent sweetness.
• 458 servings per 5 oz jar means long shelf life and fewer refills.
• No fillers — adjust sweetness precisely to taste.

Will this powder work for baking and hot drinks?

Yes — the pure monk fruit powder mixes into batters, sauces, and warm liquids without leaving a chemical aftertaste when used correctly. Because it lacks bulkers like erythritol, you may need to adapt recipes that rely on sugar for texture or volume.

• Ideal in beverages, dressings, and concentrated syrups.
• For baked goods, combine with a bulking substitute (applesauce, yogurt, or a low-carb binder) to replace sugar volume.
• Maintains sweetness at higher temperatures; test small batches first.

Is WHYZ monk fruit suitable for keto, paleo, and other diets?

WHYZ organic monk fruit extract contains zero calories and no added sugar, making it compatible with keto and many low-carb eating plans. Its vegan, non-GMO profile and lack of artificial ingredients also fit paleo-style diets and general clean-eating approaches.

• Zero-calorie sweetening without erythritol or sugar alcohols.
• Non-GMO and certified organic ingredient list.
• Vegan-friendly and low glycemic impact for blood sugar-conscious users.

How do I measure and store this monk fruit powder?

Because this is a concentrated extract, measuring by weight gives the most consistent results; however, small scoops or a 1/8 teaspoon often suffice for single servings. Store the jar in a cool, dry place with the lid closed to preserve potency and prevent clumping.

• Use a digital scale for recipe accuracy when converting from sugar.
• Keep sealed and away from heat or humidity to maintain texture.
• One 5 oz container yields approximately 458 servings, depending on usage.

Who is this for: WHYZ Organic Monk Fruit Extract is for anyone seeking a high-potency, zero-calorie sugar alternative without erythritol or added fillers.
