Nathan handheld soft-flask running water bottle ExoDraw & ExoShot 2.0 — ergonomic grip with zip stash pocket

The Nathan ExoDraw & ExoShot 2.0 are ergonomic handheld soft-flask water bottles built for runners and hikers who want fast, comfortable hydration and a compact stash pocket on the go.

Designed around a removable soft flask inside a supportive sleeve, the ExoDraw & ExoShot 2.0 combine a rigid ExoSpine with a breathable hand strap so you can carry fluid securely without gripping tightly. The push/pull race cap lets you sip quickly while moving, and a small zip stash pocket keeps keys or fuel within reach. These flasks work with most running vests and backpacks that accept soft flasks, making them a flexible hydration solution for marathons, trail runs, ultraruns, and day hikes.

How does the ExoDraw & ExoShot 2.0 make drinking easier during a long run?

The bottle’s integrated hand strap and structured ExoSpine cradle the flask so your hand can relax while you run, reducing fatigue and avoiding a death grip on a hard bottle. The race-style push/pull cap provides instant on/off flow for quick sips without fiddling.

• Rigid ExoSpine stabilizes the flask and reduces bounce.
• Breathable, wicking mesh on the strap prevents slip from sweat.
• Push/pull race cap gives fast, controlled hydration.

Can I use the soft flask with other hydration vests or packs?

Yes — the soft reservoir detaches easily from the sleeve so you can slide it into compatible soft-flask pockets in running vests and backpacks. The one-size design fits most standard soft-flask pouch openings, letting you swap between handheld and vest-carrying setups.

• Removable soft flask fits common hydration vest pockets.
• Sleeve accepts flasks for both handheld and pack use.
• Simple disconnect for filling, cleaning, or refills on the trail.

What features help keep essentials secure while I run?

The ExoDraw & ExoShot 2.0 include a small stash pocket built into the sleeve for holding a key, credit card, or a single gel. The pocket is tucked away to reduce movement and protect items from the elements without adding bulk to the bottle.

• Zippered stash pocket sized for small essentials.
• Pocket placement minimizes bounce and snag risk.
• Sleeve material sheds light moisture to protect contents.

How do I care for and maintain the flask so it lasts?

Hand wash the soft flask and sleeve in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, ironing, or dry cleaning to preserve the cap’s seal, the flask material, and the sleeve’s mesh and zipper components.

• Hand wash cold with mild detergent.
• Line dry fully before storing to prevent odors.
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, iron, or dry clean.
