Veise Keypad Door Lock KS01B with Dual Lever Handles, Oil-Rubbed Bronze — Backlit, Keyless Entry, Programmable Codes

The Veise KS01B is an oil-rubbed-bronze keypad door lock set with dual lever handles that provides keyless entry, programmable codes, auto-locking, and ANSI Grade 3 security for residential doors.

Designed for front and interior entrances, the KS01B combines a backlit numeric keypad with two ergonomic lever handles to deliver convenient, modern access control without sacrificing appearance. The set supports multiple permanent and one-time codes, anti-peeping protection, and weather resistance, making it suitable for busy family homes, rental properties, and homeowners who want to stop hiding physical keys.

How do I set up and program access codes?

Programming the KS01B is straightforward and guided by the included manual and video tutorial. You can store up to 20 permanent user codes and generate single-use passwords for visitors or service providers, with a Master Code to manage settings.

• Create 20 permanent codes and 1 master code for full control.
• Generate one-time passwords that expire after first use for guest access.
• Enable Vacation Mode to disable all codes except the Master Code.
• Use anti-peeping by adding random digits before/after your real code.

What security features protect against tampering and guessing?

The lock includes intrusion protections and failsafes to deter brute-force attempts and prying observers. Wrong-entry limits, alarm triggers for inside thumb-turn use, and a robust zinc-alloy cylinder help secure your door while maintaining convenient access.

• Lockout after 10 incorrect attempts with a 3-minute timeout to stop guessing.
• Alarm sounds if the inside thumb turn unlocks while Vacation Mode is active.
• ANSI Grade 3 and BHMA-tested components for recognized residential security.
• IP54 rating for resistance to dust and splashing water at the exterior keypad.

How reliable is the KS01B for daily use and battery life?

The KS01B runs on four AA batteries (not included) and is engineered for long-term use with low-battery alerts on the backlit keypad. Routine household use typically yields over a year of power, and the keypad provides visible warnings so you can replace batteries before power loss becomes a problem.

• Powered by 4 AA batteries with more than a year of expected life under normal use.
• Backlit keypad shows low-battery alerts to prevent unexpected lockouts.
• Silent Mode mutes keypad tones while keeping essential alerts audible.
• 200,000+ cycle testing on internal components for long-term durability.

How easy is installation and what door types will fit?

Installation is designed for DIY with common tools: the package includes mounts, hardware, a manual, and a video guide. The lock fits standard U.S. doors between 1-3/8" and 2" thickness and supports both left- and right-handed orientations.

• Includes all necessary hardware and an illustrated manual plus online video.
