Weber Deluxe Stainless Steel Grilling Basket 11.8x13.8in — Raised Sides, Open Slats

This stainless-steel basket is designed to hold chopped vegetables, smaller cuts of meat, seafood, and other bite-sized ingredients while you cook over direct or indirect heat. It lets you keep side dishes on the grill without losing pieces through the grates, and it’s sized to work with a wide range of Weber models so you can add it to most home setups. Built for repeated use, it combines an open design for heat circulation with raised sides to keep food contained.

How does this basket make grilling vegetables and small pieces easier?

The basket creates a contained cooking area so diced vegetables, sliced mushrooms, shrimp, and small meat pieces can be grilled without falling into the fire. Its stainless-steel construction holds shape under heat and is easy to shake or stir for even browning. The open slats let flames and smoke flavor food while preventing food loss.

• Raised 2.5" sides hold ingredients securely.
• Open grate pattern allows smoke and flames to reach food.
• Roomy 11.8" x 13.8" footprint fits generous portions.

Will this basket fit my Weber grill model?

The Deluxe basket is sized to be compatible with Weber Q 300/3000 series and larger gas grills, plus charcoal grills with 18-inch or bigger cooking surfaces. That broad fit covers most household Weber setups so you can move it between grills as needed. Check your grill’s cooking grate dimensions to confirm a comfortable fit.

• Fits Weber Q 300/3000 and larger gas grills.
• Compatible with 18" and larger charcoal grills.
• 11.8" x 13.8" dimensions for planning placement.

How do I use and clean the stainless-steel grill basket?

Use the basket directly on the cooking grate next to larger cuts, or place it over indirect heat to gently steam and roast side dishes. After cooling, wipe or soak to remove stuck-on bits, then wash with warm soapy water; stainless steel resists staining and is long-lasting when cared for properly. Avoid abrasive scouring pads that could roughen the finish.

• Place basket on grate for direct or indirect grilling.
• Stir or shake periodically for even cooking.
• Hand-wash with mild detergent; dry thoroughly.

What size and capacity should I expect from this basket?

The basket measures 11.8 inches wide by 13.8 inches deep with 2.5-inch sides, giving a broad surface for grilling multiple servings of side dishes at once. Its depth keeps food contained while the large footprint accommodates family-sized portions. The dimensions also make it easy to portion and transfer meals from the counter to the grill.

• Dimensions: 11.8" W x 13.8" D x 2.5" H.
• Large surface area for multiple servings.
• Low sides for flipping and tossing ingredients.
