Nalgene 946 ml Wide Mouth Water Bottle, Grey w/ Black Lid — Tritan Renew, Leak-Resistant

The Nalgene 32 oz Wide Mouth Water Bottle is a one-liter, impact-resistant reusable bottle that handles ice, hot liquids, and everyday rough use without leaking.

Built from durable Tritan Renew and finished in neutral gray with a secure black screw-top lid, this wide-mouth bottle is designed for everything from office desks to backcountry packs. It combines a roomy opening for ice and fruit with measurement markings for tracking fluids and mixing drinks, while the continuous-thread lid seals tightly to prevent spills. Lightweight yet rugged, it tolerates a broad temperature range so you can freeze it, pour boiling water into it, or toss it into a dishwasher when you're home.

How does this bottle stand up to daily wear and outdoor use?

The bottle is engineered to resist impacts and repeated drops while keeping liquids contained. Its thick-walled construction and robust lid reduce the chance of cracks or leaks after heavy use. Simple geometry and fewer parts mean fewer failure points compared with more complex systems.

• Impact-resistant Tritan Renew construction for long life
• Continuous semi-buttress threads on the lid for a reliable seal
• Lightweight at about 6.25 oz for easy carry
• Made in the USA for consistent quality control

Can I use it with ice, hot drinks, or filtration devices?

The wide mouth accepts large ice cubes, frozen fruit, or small inline filters, making it flexible for seasonal needs and camping setups. It tolerates temperatures from -40°F to 212°F, so it can be frozen solid or used with very hot liquids. The wide opening also simplifies stirring in powders or preparing quick meals at camp.

• Wide mouth fits large ice and fruit chunks
• Compatible with many inline filters and pour-through systems
• Safe temperature range allows freezing and near-boiling uses
• Measurement marks help with recipe or hydration tracking

How easy is it to clean and keep tasting fresh?

The bottle’s simple shape and curved interior corners make scrubbing straightforward, and it’s top-rack dishwasher-safe for convenient cleaning. Materials are free of BPA, BPS, and phthalates to reduce unwanted odors and aftertastes. When you rinse regularly and air-dry the cap, the bottle maintains neutral taste for beverages.

• Top-rack dishwasher-safe for hassle-free cleaning
• Curved corners and wide opening allow easy hand-scrubbing
• BPA-, BPS-, and phthalate-free for cleaner tasting drinks
• Clear measurement lines simplify rinsing and portioning

What practical features help during travel and storage?

The screw-top lid stays attached to prevent loss and the bottle’s shape fits most backpack pockets and car cup holders. It doubles as a lightweight waterproof container for small items when sealed, and its neutral color blends into casual and outdoor gear setups. Durable construction means it can perform as a makeshift hot-water bottle or a compact cooler ice pack.

• Attached screw cap reduces risk of losing the lid
• Shape fits many cup holders and pack pockets
• Can hold small items dry when sealed
• Functions as a hot-water bottle or frozen ice pack when needed
