RAW Pre-Workout Powder Thavage (Beach Bum) — 40 Servings, Energy & Focus

RAW Thavage (Beach Bum) is a 40-serving pre-workout powder engineered to deliver stimulant-driven energy, mental focus, hydration support, and performance ingredients for intense training sessions.

Designed in collaboration with Chris Bumstead, RAW's Thavage (Beach Bum) combines familiar, research-backed ingredients such as caffeine, L-citrulline, beta-alanine, and betaine anhydrous into a single scoop formula. Packaged as a tropical Beach Bum flavor, this 1.14 lb tub aims to give exercisers a reliable lift before resistance training, cardio, or high-intensity interval sessions while using clean label standards—made in the USA without GMOs or artificial additives.

What will I notice when I take Thavage before a workout?

Most users report a rapid increase in alertness and a heightened sense of drive thanks to the caffeine blend, paired with clearer mental focus from nootropic-style support. Beta-alanine can produce a tingling sensation for some users, a normal effect tied to its buffering action, while L-citrulline helps support muscle blood flow and perceived endurance.

• Immediate stimulant lift from caffeine for energy and focus
• Beta-alanine for buffering and endurance sensation
• L-citrulline to support blood flow and pump
• Betaine anhydrous to assist strength and power production

How should I use Beach Bum Thavage for best results?

Mix one scoop with 8–12 ounces of water 15–30 minutes before training, adjusting volume for preferred taste and intensity. Begin with a half-scoop if you’re sensitive to stimulants, and avoid combining other caffeine sources close to your serving.

• Standard serving: one scoop in water, 15–30 minutes pre-workout
• Start low if stimulant-sensitive (use half a scoop first)
• Do not combine with other caffeine or stimulant products
• Use consistently for training days; not intended for daily non-training stimulant use

Which ingredients are included and what do they contribute?

Thavage features an ingredient lineup focused on energy, pump, and muscular performance. L-citrulline supports nitric oxide-related blood flow improvements, beta-alanine helps buffering capacity during high-rep work, betaine supports strength output, and caffeine provides rapid central nervous system stimulation.

• L-citrulline: supports circulation and muscle pump
• Beta-alanine: aids buffering to sustain higher rep efforts
• Betaine anhydrous: linked with strength and power production
• Caffeine: fast-acting energy and sharpened focus

Is Beach Bum Thavage safe and what should I watch for?

RAW manufactures this formula in the USA with a focus on clean ingredients and no GMOs, but like any stimulant-containing product it’s important to follow dosing instructions. Expect transient sensations such as mild tingling from beta-alanine and increased heart rate from caffeine; discontinue use if you experience adverse reactions and consult a healthcare professional when in doubt.

• Made in the USA with no artificial ingredients listed
• Contains stimulants—monitor total daily caffeine intake
• Beta-alanine may cause paresthesia (tingling) for some users
• Consult a healthcare provider if pregnant, nursing, or taking medications
